Excellent place to stay

Lovely apartment for a couple in a brilliant location for access to shops, bars, restaurants, the sea front, old Nice and the transportation system.

A beautiful cosy Apartment

A perfect small apartment for a couple. We enjoyed a wonderful week there in Nice. Everything is within walking distance. The contact with the landlady was very pleasant; we were very lucky to be able to arrive at the apartment at 10am on request, as our flights had been brought forward. All in all, we can only warmly recommend a booking.

Perfect location - very comfortable

A really lovely apartment in a superb but quiet location within easy walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town and the station. Really well equipped and comfortable. Property owner communication was excellent - loads of useful advice provided - really helpful.

Very good Apartment

The apartments was very clean and and had everything you required which was nice. the location is excellent, right in the Centre of NIce and very close to the Airport Tram. Organising the key pick up was a bit fraught but worked out in the end.

Great location

The flat is located to walking distance to everything: beach, grocery, bakery, public transportation, restaurants and old Nice. It is also very quiet, with a comfortable bed.

L’appartement est très mignon, très pratique, très bien équipé et idéalement situé en plein centre ville et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous étions en famille et avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Lynne..

Excellent property

We had the best time in Nice, staying in this property. The location is central, the property is equipped with all possible things you’d expect while you are on a holiday. The property was spotless clean. I’ll recommend this 100%.

Light and peaceful apartment in Nice.

This apartment was everything we needed. It was light and airy, peaceful yet close to everything, and it had excellent air conditioning, very necessary during this hot summer in France!

A contemporary apartment in a beautiful 1890 building. The apartment has everything you need for your holiday in Nice. Views across to the beautiful church which is lit up at night. In the best and safest area of Nice. Nice is a beautiful city which is constantly being developed naturally.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The best location, 400m from the beach and only 200m from the pedestrian zone. Walking distance to everywhere including the main shopping street, Rue Jean Medicin (400m). Easy to get to from the airport, Tram Line 2, takes 25 mins and only costs 1.50 euros!
