Clean, Spacious and Comfortable

We especially enjoyed the terrace and being so close to everything we needed for our trip. At least one person in our group is already planning on re-booking this location with her family if possible. We had a fantastic vacation experience and felt safe, comfortable and relaxed in our Nice VBRO! The key pickup and drop off was a little out of the way and slightly less convenient than other properties. A bit far if not using a car service if you have luggage. Otherwise, lovely experience and wonderful location.

Not the best - not the worst.

This apartment is fine. It’s in the heart of the tourist district so if you want to go to old town it’s a 30 min drive each time. It’s loud and noisy at night. The AC unit doesn’t work well and the one in the master not at all. The amenities are sparse. No paper products - no laundry detergent etc. the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are bricks. The furniture inside is very formal and small - not at all comfortable to relax after a long day. The apartment is old and smells musty and the sewer smell coming from the powder bath makes it unusable. The outdoor balcony is lovely but they’ve let the bushes grow which disrupts the view. It was safe and protected. I’ll never rent with Nestor Jeeves again - their entire process for check in and check out never worked well. You can’t get anyone via phone and the concept of their concierge app offers little help. I wish I had done more research for such an expensive place.

Terrible check in

We arrived exhausted from our flight with our luggage. Nobody to greet us. We had to go to the office to retrieve the Keyes using a code. It was very hard to find the entrance to this property located in a large conglomerate. It was a Sunday, nobody to talk to, office closed. We were provided with a couple of pictures of the garage and an entrance gate. When we finally got into the flat, it was a dark place. The crank shutters were all down, another ordeal to open those heavy shutters. On another note the flat is large, but the third bedroom is really a sofa bed in a side living room. We had nobody to show us around the property. Also the furniture is old and very dated. On a positive note it is close to the promenade but does not have the big sea view of the buildings right on the promenade. The pictures on Vrbo show such a happy lively welcoming place, not our experience. Also on a positive note the concierge was responsive to book transfers etc..

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Our criteria for a good location is a good kitchen and a good place to be together. The Seaview Terrace did not disappoint. The deck is large with dining table for 6 and chairs and lounges for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with an 4 burner induction cooktop, top of the line oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. It does have a Nespresso machine, there is a capsule place a few blocks away. We suggest bringing a collapsible drip filter and your favorite ground coffee. We also rented the Les Aigles condo just across the all to accommodate all of us. This made it very convenient to get together for dinners. There are enough wine glasses, but they could be a bit larger :-)

Beautiful stay, great location

Our family had a wonderful getaway - a cheerful, spacious apartment with a stunning view and great location. Some of the details around check in and check out were not ideal (having to pick up/drop off keys elsewhere + not having written instructions in the apartment for appliances, heat, etc) but the concierge team was helpful nonetheless. We loved the view and charming building with modern comforts, close to the sea!

Lovely art deco building. Apartment with good view towards beach. Clean....with sofa bed....big enough Apartment for 3 couples. Checking in process....a walk from Apartment is the only downside. Good location.

Une perle à Nice

Le Sea View Terrace est vraiment un appartement d‘exception tant par son style art déco que par sa localisation tout près de la Promenade des Anglais mais c‘est l‘immense terrasse avec vue dégagée sur la mer qui nous a vraiment le plus épatés. Le service et l‘attention de Nestor & Jeeves étaient parfaits. Un des deux ascenseurs est en panne encore cette année. Cela complique les choses pour se rendre au sixième étage surtout lorsque le seul ascenseur restant est aussi en panne comme ce fut le cas pendant une demi-journée pendant notre séjour.

Élégance de l’art déco

L’espace, les matériaux et les teintes des années 30, les verrières, le talent des artisans, architectes et ingénieurs des années 30 et le respect de ceux qui ont rénové en 2015. La réactivité de l’équipe de Nestor & Jeeves pour les ajustements à apporter. La luminosité ainsi que la vue sur la mer et le son des vagues la nuit. Un bien bel endroit. Les plinthes, les interrupteurs ainsi que les coins des planchers ont besoin d’être nettoyés. Malgré un deuxième lavage de vitres le résultat fut toujours le même. Je suggère de vérifier les produits et instruments utilisés puisque les vitres neuves du Colibri PRESTIGE sont dans le même état lorsque le soleil les éclairent.
