It's 4 miles South of Bear Lake Marina, 2 miles North of Epic Marina. Rendezvous Beach State park is just a 10 minute drive (south).

A nice getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and had plenty of blankets. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house was very comfortable.

Very convenient to the lake, and loved access to Ideal Private Beach. So grateful for the window air conditioning unit. Cute little place for a small family.

24th of July fun

We booked this last minute for the 24th of July and it ended up being perfect ! I was surprised it fit all my kids so well considering I have 7 and everyone slept great! It was decorated so cute and had a beach vibe! I’d say a must for a small group as it’s so close to pickilville playhouse and ideal beach! Made going to the fireworks so easy !

Awesome place!

We had such a fun time in this cute house! We all agreed it had a fun Hawaii beach house vibe. It was so nice to have that Ideal Resort access and it was just a short bike ride down to the beach. We had a great time exploring and loved being able to warm up in the hot tub at the resort after playing in the lake (the lake was a little cold at the end of September.) We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already wanting to book it again for next summer. Thanks for a great trip!!

Perfect house for a family stay

We had a wonderful time at this house and had plenty of beds. They have a kind bed in one room, double bunk bed with a twin trundle in the other room. The family room had a pull out bed that we didn’t use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow from the host. We would definitely stay again. We ended up not requesting the ideal beach pass for the extra cost and found a beach just 5 minutes from the house both days. We did notice if you go around 9:30-10am you can find a spot.

Cozy, cute, comfortable, great location

Kimberley is responsive and the cottage was ready and super easy to check into. Great location with easy access to the marina and the busy part of town, but just far enough off the busy main street to feel quiet. We loved being able to park our wakeboard boat and two cars right next to the cottage. The kitchen is well stocked. The cottage is a little snug for five adults: there are double bunks, but a double bed is tight for two adults. We ended up using the sleeper couch, which was massively uncomfortable, but what sleeper couch is not? The water heater also is small for five adults and the towels are a little threadbare. We thought the Ideal Beach resort pass was well worth the extra fee and enjoyed using the pickleball courts, beach access, and free toy rentals. We gladly would stay here again. Thank you Kimberley.

Bear Lake Weekend

We were visiting friends in Laketown and needed a place to sleep and shower. This cute little place was perfect for us! We enjoyed being able to unload coolers into the full size fridge and have a quiet place for our grandson to take a nap. We brought our bikes and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise bike ride around the neighborhood, the golf course, and then around part of the lake on the paved bike trail. We will stay here again when we visit next year!

Clean and Comfy!

We were in the area for a family reunion and needed somewhere to sleep away from the crowd. This place was so nice and comfortable that we wished we had more time to just spend here! Slept 2 adults and 3 young kids easily. We’ll be back!

Cute property for a small family

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. Access to Ideal Beach Resort was a great perk.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage is conveniently located near Sweetwater Golf Course. Access to Ideal beach resort pass may be included during your stay for an extra fee, please ask if you're interested. This pass includes access to 2 swimming pools, tennis, laundry, and a private sand beach. Pools and golf are closed for the season after Labor Day depending on how quickly it gets really cold. Our cabin does not have laundry facitilties, but you may do your laundry at the coin operated machines in Ideal Beach Resort. Hot tubs are open year round as well as the indoor tennis courts.
