Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 20 mÂČ apartment with balcony overlooking the Vilaine river and the city center, which can accommodate up to two travelers.
Located on the 13th and top floor (elevator to the 12th) of a quiet building, it comprises a 16 mÂČ living room with fully-equipped kitchen and open-plan shower room.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
