This one of a kind Cul De Sac home features a huge private pool, beautiful luxurious hot tub spa, lush landscaping, patio with gas grill, a wine and cocktail bar, fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, game room with pool table, arcade machine and huge flat screen perfect for watching the big game. Every room in the house is beautifully furnished! Every bed in the home features high quality memory foam mattresses including the sofa sectional sleeper.

The location, 18 minutes from The Strip, 12 Minutes from the airport and 5 Minutes from world class local casinos provides the perfect haven close enough to the action but far enough for a stress free retreat with friends, family or business associates. Situated at the end of a cul de sac in a beautiful, quiet, safe, friendly Henderson neighborhood makes this home perfect for a long weekend or extended stay.

Property as marketed. Rooms were a good size. The pool was a great and the kids had great fun swimming. Large hot tub great for relaxing. Pool table was good fun. Location was lovely and quiet and also near to shops and restaurants which were just a short drive away. House was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen products. Lou was super helpful and answered questions straight away.We loved our stay here our stay here. A brilliant place to relax.

This property is exactly as described and even better!! The host was available, communicated immediately & was always so friendly. We were in town for our great grandmother's 100th birthday & this was a perfect location, close to the strip for some family members, but in a quiet, beautiful & safe neighborhood. We used the pool & hot tub daily as well as the kitchen. Theres instructions listed conveniently for everything in the home which makes the stay even smoother. Beautiful sparkling clean home & we would stay here again if given the chance. Highly highly recommended!!!!

Henderson is the perfect place to stay when you come to Vegas! Close enough to the action but just far enough away to avoid the sketchy neighborhoods and traffic near the strip. The street is quiet and the pool and back yard are amazing!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This house is a passion project for my family and I. When we bought the house we spent 2 months living in it and furnishing it so that it would perfect for our guests. We were so tired of vacation rentals that had one pan and four plastic cups and called them selves well stocked. We put everything we would use in the place, from custom glassware at the bar to four different ways to make coffee and all the things you need to BBQ, bake or fry up your dinner.
