Like Brand New .. this home is ready for you and your family.. It is beautiful!

Everything in this home is NEW, the pool will be heated and the view and dolphins are the same as before.

Location is everything and this home has that.. you are a few minutes walk to Cape Harbour, restaurants, stores and shopping. The amazing view down the canal is breathtaking as well as a 10 minute boat ride to open waters. The home has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 and a queen size pull out sofa in the main living area. A full equipped kitchen and everything else you need for the comforts of home. The bedrooms are 2 on one side and master on the other. There are TV's in every bedroom and the living area as well as free wifi. Master bedroom tv has cable so you can access local tv for weather and news all other tv's are smart tv's with Roku. Do not miss out on this home and we look forward to having you as our guest. We can accommodate for shorter stays please call directly: five six one nine two seven seven three five zero.

Perfect Spot

This was our second year staying at this property. The house is very clean and has everything one would need. It is very close to dozens of restaurants, Cape Coral beach, Matlacha, and relatively close to downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers beach. Quick access to the gulf if you’re a boater. Pool is lovely. Cannot go wrong with this house.

Beautiful backyard view

This place was beautiful. Clean and the back yard view was very nice! Only thing we would recommend is the pool be a little cleaner. We found clumps of hair in it and there was knats in it one morning and we didn’t have a way to clean it to get them out. Overall I’d say this was a great place and we would definitely go back. Owners were great to work with as well!
