Cute, clean and efficient

This 3rd floor condo is in a good location directly across the street to beach access. A pretty view of the beach from the balcony. It is clean, has everything you need in the kitchen and king sized bed was comfy. Was perfect for my adult daughter and I for a fun mom and daughter vacation!

We truly enjoyed our recent Vrbo stay. The breathtaking view was an absolute highlight of our visit. Its convenient location near the beach made our days wonderfully relaxing. We appreciated the ease of access to the shore. Every aspect of our accommodation contributed to a memorable experience. This property offered a perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. We are very grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here. It was an exceptional and highly satisfying vacation. The kitchen was stocked with every possible pot, pan, and kitchen gadget you could need. Including a Kurig that could make individual cups or a pot. Starter kits with paper towel, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, a sponge, ect were appreciated. The condo was very clean and furniture was comfortable. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. This place was perfect!

Excellent small condo

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is small, but clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, too. The kitchen has enough items for cooking your meals at the condo, but you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, etc. There were only two dishwasher detergent pods provided for a week long stay - so you may want to bring more of those as well. The location is perfect, right across from the Pompano Joes beach access, so you don’t have to battle for beach parking. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was fine but much smaller than expected.

The king bed is terrible, not sure it’s even a mattress. Seems to be some kind of make shift bed, big lump in the middle, uncomfortable. The neighbor downstairs seemed to be an “owner” and complained repeatedly that we were too loud, once when we were sitting in the sofa and the other when my 14 year old was in the shower?!?!?! Beautiful location, would not rent this condo again, but will def be back to Miramar!!

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location of your rental home and your time in Miramar Beach! A new mattress has been added to the master bedroom. Also, the TV's in the bedroom and living area have been upgraded. We hope these new additions will help our guests feel more comfortable and at home.

Accidentally got this for our family of 5, so probably won't rent again. That being said, perfect for a small family. Awesome location across the street from public beach access (other places you'll have to rent umbrellas and chairs unless you walk down here where parking fills up quickly), and clean with a great view! The only negatives are:1. The guardrails on the bunk bed have hairline cracks almost through their entire vertical length (moreso information for the owner, as it's a potential liability risk).2. The master bedroom TV didn't work, and we checked in after hours on Friday, so this was never addressed. Kind of a bummer after putting the kids to bed. I attempted to connect everything up (all was unplugged upon check in), but it never worked, and I never got a call back after leaving a message to the property management company Friday evening. Not the focus on vacation, but would have been nice to watch 30 minutes of TV to unwind after getting the kids to bed.

We’re so glad you found the condo clean and in a great location for enjoying the beach with your family. We really appreciate you sharing the notes about the bunk bed and the TV in the master bedroom. Feedback like this helps us and the owners improve the guest experience. We're sorry to hear that after-hours support didn’t meet your expectations, and we’ll be sure to follow up with our team so this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for choosing Compass Resorts!

Close to the beach!

This property was very convenient if you want to spend time at the beach or on the patio looking at the beach. It could have been cleaner and the listing was deceiving. I booked through VRBO and was charged a booking fee, then I was forwarded to a rental company. They proceeded to charge me a booking fee too. Overall the stay was very pricey so we stayed on the beach to get our money's worth. But it was a very spacey condo and perfect for a family. I did not like that we had to take out our own trash at the end of our stay as well.

Hi, Ashlyn! Thank you for your review, and for providing us with this feedback. All of our reservations do include a Reservation Fee, and Vrbo does charge an additional Service Fee for reservations booked on their site, and the total displayed at the time of booking does include both of those fees. We will communicate the cleanliness opportunity to our Operations teams. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise, and we hope to have you back! Thank you for choosing Compass Resorts. Decent trip, no major complaints

Property was decent and in decent condition. Check in was easy and location was nice being across from the beach access. Beach access is one of the major ones in Miramar so it does get crowded fast. Only negative about the unit was that there was quite a bit of mold on the vents throughout the property (I noticed my allergies and sinuses were a bit worse throughout the stay) and the washer and dryer is not in the unit like it appears on the pictures (they are on the first floor and are pay to use). Overall it was a nice stay.
