In the quiet of the countryside, 10 minutes from the beaches, discover a comfortable cottage of 90 m2, fitted out in a 15th century seigneury. The decoration is very neat, an invitation to rest, in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Ideal for 2 to 3 people, the cottage, facing south, consists of a large living room of 45 m2: very well equipped kitchen, snack area, dining area, living room with 2 benches.
Upstairs, a large bedroom equipped with 2 double beds, a lounge chair and a baby bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. The cottage has a small open garden, ideal for relaxing, equipped with garden furniture. You can park your car in a dedicated space, in complete safety. The cleaning service (60€) and household linen (10 € per person) are not included in the price. They will be offered as an option.
