Presenting "Songbird Santa Fe" ...a thoughtfully designed private residence, built to capture the stunning views of Sedona's Coffee Pot Rock and Chimney Rock.

A preferred location in West Sedona that is walking distance to the Sugar Loaf trailhead and a minute away from the main drag on route AZ-89.

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Supervision:

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature:

The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations:

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use:

Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware:

For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage:

When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability:

If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

Beautiful Home Close to Everything

This home is just beautiful and well stocked! The house is a short walk to Sugarloaf trailhead. The landscaping is beautiful and I especially enjoyed sitting in the back watching the birds. There is a birdhouse that is occupied and there is a container of birdseed left for guests to refill the bird feeder. The pantry, kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked! The house was very clean. I would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful home with beautiful scenery all around. Nice neighborhood and close to grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

Thanksgiving with family

We could not have been more pleased with our thanksgiving holiday at the Songbird Santa Fe. The property is very well maintained and stocked. The outdoor setting offers beautiful red rock views and the location is close to town but far enough away to enjoy your privacy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.!

Songbird

The Song bird home was perfect for our group of 4 ladies celebrating milestone birthdays. The backyard and front courtyard were wonderful to retreat to after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you could want to fix a quick smoothie to a full on dinner! Rice cooker, blender, instant pot and spices galore awaited us. We absolutely loved Sedona and our easily accessed home away from home.
