Independent gîte benefiting from a large park and a nice view. Located halfway between Figeac and its Champollion museum and its place des écritures, and Gramat. Undulating, green, very quiet environment of a country village, suitable for walks and hikes. Close to many tourist sites: Rocamadour, Padirac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, castles and caves ... On the ground floor : living/dining room/kitchen area, independent wc. First floor : 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1,40m and 1 bed 0,90m) including 2 attic rooms and one with outside access to the terrace, shower room, separate wc. Electric heating and insert. Land, covered terrace, barbecue.
