Cozy house close to the beach

Walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, etc. House was great and host communication was great :)Everything you need is provided - beach towels, wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc. Great stay!

Weekend getaway

Great location only 5 min walk to the beach and local food/drink. Very relaxing porch. The apartment had everything we needed. Also very dog and family friendly as we brought our pup and 4 month old.

Len Weeks is a general contractor and built this duplex in 1990 so of course this is a very special place for us. We are both business people. Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our 5th vacation rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, on the veranda in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc provided for you. Enjoy sitting in lush yard and listen to the ocean waves. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.

Have everything you need for the ideal beach vacation – a sunny accommodation, tropical seaside restaurants and bars, a beachfront park with a fishing pier, a large beach side pavilion, a splash park and sand volleyball court. Time spent in St. Augustine Beach can be as active or as laid-back as you like.

Relax on the beach in the sunshine, waves caressing the shore ... what better place to relax than on the beach? Take a walk along the shore or enjoy the view from your beach chair (provided in your outside closet) beneath an umbrella (also provided, along with a beverage cooler and beach toys).
