Lovely condo with nice views.

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed how close the condo was to the beach and Pier Park. We definitely will be rebooking our next vacation here.

Just Right

This condo has perfect. Loved the bright l beach theme. Enjoyed sitting outside looking at the lake. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, yet was quiet area.

Overall everything was great. The only issue was that we had to plunge the toilet several times. Good thing there was a plunger!

Lullwater condo

Reviewer Comments: The place would have been perfect if the incident that occurred had been better attended to, the A/C burnt up the 2nd night while I was at the concert, mgt Company notified me of the issue and told me it would be fixed, I got back and the place was like an oven, mgt stated it would be fixed in the AM. It was fixed the next AM, however mgt stated I would be refunded for my inconvience,I did NOT ask but was told that I would be. It has been almost a month now and I have not heard a word. Had i not been told I would be reimbursed (I 100% know it is NOT the mgt fault the A/C burnt up) I would have gave a 5 star rating, other than burning up one night during stay it was absolutely great.

We are pleased to hear that the AC replacement was completed promptly the following day and you enjoyed your stay. We communicate with all guests via text, and our records show an offer for a full refund if you chose to depart, or reimbursement for the night without air conditioning, with a request for your decision. Our notes indicate that you did not reach out to our office again despite several texts to keep you updated on the repair and to check on your experience. Once the conversation ends, we are unable to continue moving forward. We wish you the best in the future.

Terrific Stay!

We had a great holiday. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had everything we needed to cook some meals when we didn't feel like going out to eat. Lots of restaurant choices close by. Less than a 5 minute walk to an incredibly beautiful beach. Due to road construction on Front Beach Road it was a little harder to walk on the street but that will not last forever and not something the property owner can change. With the beach so close just walk the beach instead of the road. Pier Park is an easy 10-15 walk and has alot of food and shopping options. We would definitely return and rent again .

Great Little Condo

We absolutely loved the room. It was very clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. The bed was also really comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to turn the AC below 70 however, as the room never quite got cool enough for me. The only real downside was the pool and beach access. The pool had no shade at any time of the day and no tables or umbrellas. There was a lot of construction going on in the area at the time of our stay so it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. All in all though we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The a/c unit sounded like a jet landing every time it cycled on. Why was there soap for dishwasher and washing machine when there was no dishwasher or laundry? Location was great & view of the lake was nice.

Thank you for booking with us and for giving us five stars for our cleanliness and location. We work hard to ensure our property is cleaned thoroughly between each guest. I hate to hear that you felt the A/C unit was too loud when it cycled on. I really wish you would've given our office a call to notify us about any issue you had. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after hours line for emergencies.

Great Rental off the Beach

It was clean, updated, had lots of shelves and drawers for storage, and the whole complex was just really appealing. We weren't sure what to expect as we have always stayed in the high-rise condos right on the beach, but this place was awesome. The lake out back had turtles and fish that we fed every day. The other renters in the complex would just hang out together by the lake every afternoon. It was a cool vibe and gave us a great vacation experience!

Much needed vacation

Nice quiet neighborhood within .10 miles of the beach. Walking distance of plenty of restaurants, 2 miles from pier park. Clean, well kept property with a lovely relaxing view. Average of 10mb/s + wifi. Only down side was the smell of cigarette smoke. The management quickly deployed an Ozone machine while we were at lunch. We had no further problems. Overall a great stay

Very convenient to beach, clean and enjoyable pool, quiet, the condo was very clean, and nicely decorated/updated. Proximity to grocery, dining was a bonus.

My Relaxiation

I would like to thank you for allowing me to use your condo in Panama City. Everything was perfect. It gave me the opportunity to clear my head of certain issues I have been dealing with. My only suggestion would be to replace the fan in the bathroom. I will be booking again soon
