Excellent Rental and Beach View

If I could give more stars, I would. Property is just as described. Checkin was so easy and perfect. Location was great and the view from the balcony gave us a front row seat to all the beauty. Definitely would stay again if available.

Had a great visit. Unit was clean and well equipped. Great location with a balcony right over the sand. Beautiful and relaxing! Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Would definitely come again!

Perfect Place

This was such a nice place to stay. It was perfect for my family of four. The room was very clean and you can't beat the view.

Perfect pcb getaway

Perfect location. Best balcony in town. Easy beach access. Safe for children and my family. It is just a studio so it is a little small but our time is spent on the balcony or on the beach or one of the nearby restaurants eating seafood. So it was perfect for us. We have stayed here twice and if we go back to pcb we will stay here again.

The best location on the beach!

The closest you will ever stay to the actual beach. Amazing view, sounds and smells. A very cool building and a perfect stay for a couple. The kitchen, bed, and bath were perfectly represented online.

Great Condo and Room

We had a great vacation at Fountaine Bleau Terrace. The view from the balcony was great. I like how close the beach was. Would stay here again. The only complaint is the parking and the elevator was out until the last day.

Great Stay

Property just like the pictures. Room updated and clean. Loved the fact this place was so close to the beach so not as far to get set up as most. Only negative was the lights out side in the hall made it really bright and hard to sleep. Would stay here again.

Excellent beach location

We enjoyed the bars to be able to walk to on the beach within a mile and a half each way. Runaway Island is an excellent spot, practically right next door. Only negatives to the room, which are minor, could use more pillows and fluffier would help, an update sofa. The bathroom and kitchen are excellent.

We stayed 5 and it was awesome. They are working on the building but it wasnt that bad and it’s good to know this building is being improved.

Overall absolutely worth the price for the view!!! Had a few small issues... waterfall showerhead so low pressure Air-conditioning super loud Tv has speaker going out Would still stay here again!! Bed was wonderful, place was very clean and location was perfect!

Great space for a couple people

My son and I enjoyed staying here. It was right on the beach; the outdoor pool was great and great location to restaurants and shops. It was clean with an updated bathroom and kitchen. Only down parts were that I did not realize the pull-out couch was actually pulling out on the floor and was not raised off the floor and construction was going on all day right below the balcony and was very loud.

Balcony on the Beach

The best was having breakfast on our balcony every morning which was right on the beach. The pool was open every day we were there and it was a good size pool. Nice for swimming laps. The building is a little older and it was being worked on during the day, but it will be nicer when it is done. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Was pleasantly surprised…

Sometimes the pics make locations appear better than they are… Not the case here. Everything was very accurate. Can’t get closer to the beach! Several decent restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beautiful ocean view! Building was nice. Only small bummer was a bit of construction in the way and noisy at times, but not constant. Overall very satisfied!

Condo was clean and as advertised

Condo was clean and decorated well (as all his condos are!) with nice view of the beach. Balcony furniture was perfect for the space. Only concern was the lock on the door. Was told to practically ‘slam’ it to activate the lock. I would suggest some work on the door and door jam. But I would definitely stay here in the future.

NO ELEVATORS

The room itself and the balcony were wonderful. However, the constant construction took up half the parking lot, so not many spots to park in. Also, with the construction, all the coded doors to pool/beach were open and the public was parking and using facilities. The elevators are out of order and have been for 5 months. I feel like I was lead astray by booking this property and it not being accurate on this information. Not up to standard with ADA for disabilities and the stairs to climb are painted concrete and very slippery. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.
