everything was clean and exactly as advertised! close to the beach great location loved the porch :) my only note is the kitchen was VERY minimally stocked like if you wanna cook you basically have to bring everything. There’s like a pan and spatula but not even a 13x9 dish. We bought one and left it there lol. Everything else was great tho

I had a girls trip weekend planned for myself and 9 friends and this was the perfect stay! With a pretty much less than 5 minute walk to the beach, prime location to the shops and restaurants that Dewey had to offer, it was perfect! Jodi was a wonderful host - her kindness and communication will definitely have my recommending this location to anyone who might be traveling to the Dewey/Rehoboth area. She was always quick to respond if I needed anything, and booking was quick and easy! If I could give this stay a 10/10 instead of 5/5 I would! Thank you Jodi for hosting us!

Great stay for a large group! The location is in walking distance to town and the beach, and the covered porch was perfect for the not-so-great weather days too. Highly recommend for your stay!

Plenty of space in great location!

This property is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had plenty of space and my younger children enjoyed the extra table to play games and puzzles. The short walk to the beach was great for the adults and children as well. I would love to stay here again for sure.

Beautifully updated and great location

This place was beautifully updated and had a great common area with lots of seating. I also loved that the kitchen had two fridges. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We had an amazing weekend minus the March snowstorm. The location is walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

In Love with Dewey!!

This property was so close to town, the beach and restaurants. It had ample parking and the interior was beautifully decorated. I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan to rent it in the future.

We had a lovely stay! Very easy walk to the beach, which was the main thing we were there for. Many restaurants and shops are also within close walking distance. House was comfortable and up-to-date. Kitchen was well outfitted and had plenty of space for food storage--we like to split between cooking at home and going out, and it was great for that. Beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. Lots of big, comfortable common spaces, both inside and a wonderful upstairs covered porch. We had three generations of family vacationing together and it made a great space for us. Host was very friendly and responsive.
