Nous pensions que le dysfonctionnement rencontré était provisoire puisqu'il avait à nouveau marché normalement depuis, et vous avez effectivement réussi votre premier lavage. Malheureusement, et malgré la réactivité de notre plombier, nous n'avons rien pu faire et croyez bien que nous en sommes désolés. Nous allons gérer le problème pour que cela ne se reproduise pas. Nous espérons malgré tout que votre semaine vous a été agréable. Bien à vous,
