This modern home in the heart of Nevada City is the perfect retreat for family & friends!

Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this four-bedroom private home includes a complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The spacious living room has a comfy sofa and sitting area and smart TV. This home also features a complimentary EV charger, hot tub, backyard, outdoor shower, patio, lake access, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the backyard patio area as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Clean, Comfy and Cizy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and spacious. The view from the large deck was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, spices, etc. Management was quick and helpful responding to our questions and needs. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing stay

My family and I stayed here while we were in town for a funeral. The house is spacious and clean and the backyard was perfect for the little ones to play outside. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a few stressful days. The house even has a charging station which was a pleasant surprise. We can’t say enough good things about the property. .
