Second floor has a screened in porch with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, living area and the half bath. This property is located on the 4th hole of the Brigantine golf course. This is such a cozy place. This is our second time staying here and are hoping to actually plan a visit for next year. The place is very clean and the host is very helpful and great to talk to. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was in a gated community. We felt safe and secure. The pool was right around the corner and the home was beautiful, clean, cool, and warm. Having the third bathroom upstairs was nice and we enjoyed golf at the Shipyard Golf Club. The staff and people were pleasant and friendly, not smug. The location was ideal! We felt close to almost everything, right in the middle. I also liked the clean up process, it was easy. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Hilton Head! It was perfect for us!

The townhouse was great for two couples to spend time in Hilton Head. The central location was convenient to the beach, shopping & dining. The townhouse was very clean and Janice was very responsive to my messages. The only reason I didn’t rate it the full five stars is kitchen supplies. There was a small bottle of dish soap but no dishrag or sponge. There was a drip coffee maker but not even 1 or 2 of the correct filters to get started. (Needs round ones not cone). If you plan to cook meals here you’ll need to bring or buy even salt & pepper. We have stayed at many rentals across the country and have never had to immediately go purchase basics like these.
