Two bedroom, two and one half bath located in the gated community of Shipyard on Hilton Head Island. Golf course view, beach club access and community pool. Both bedrooms, each with full bath are located on first floor with a deck off the master bedroom. Laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. Second floor has a screened in porch with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, living area and the half bath. This property is located on the 4th hole of the Brigantine golf course. Quiet neighborhood. Designated numbered parking space right out front. Address: 140 Windward Village

It was a great stay. The house was very clean and in a great location. The bedrooms are down stairs and the living room and kitchen are upstairs.

This is a beautiful, well equipped condominium in an upscale, tranquil development. We were visiting with family in town over the Christmas and New Year holiday and the location made for a perfect setting to do so. There is a lovely view of the golf course from the screened patio and living room, beds were comfortable, showers nice pressure and consistent hot water. Parking directly in front of the unit was perfect. Ease of entry via code on front door was ideal. I left a few items behind upon checking out and the Host was fantastic in helping me to retrieve them. All in All just a terrific stay and I would certainly recommend to anyone seeking a very nice unit in beautiful Shipyard of Hilton Head.

This is the perfect place to stay for a 2 man golf trip. It has plenty of space and is centrally located on the island.

May 2025 get away

This is the 2nd time staying at this location and this was just as pleasant as before. Love the quiet location, easy access to Pope Ave & Coligny. Access to the beach is easy as well. The accommodations are lovely, very clean, and the perfect size for us. Will definitely try to stay at this villa again.

Wonderful condo

We loved the layout and location in Shipyard. Our own mobility issues made tde the climb to the main living area and wonferful screened porch a bit difficult.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay 100%. Nice facilities, lots of room, walking distance to Coligny Plaza and many restaurants. Near beach. Nice bike trails.
