Luminoso y espacioso estudio en un edificio directamente en una playa virgen de arena blanca. El condominio Stella Maris tiene una ubicación céntrica en 1 Condado Avenue, en el corazón de El Condado, frente a la piscina del San Juan Stellaris Marriott Resort and Casino.
La ubicación del quinto piso permite vistas espectaculares, pero aún es lo suficientemente baja como para que el surf te arrulle para dormir por la noche. Una pared llena de puertas corredizas de vidrio en el lado del océano se abre a la brisa tropical y una vista panorámica. Las cortinas opacas te permiten dormir hasta tarde en la mañana o tener una siesta cuando estás de humor.
Este alegre estudio fue recientemente renovado, con pisos de color turquesa en todas partes, incluido el baño, un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana e Internet de alta velocidad. Hay obras de arte originales y seguramente sabes que estás en el Caribe. Este condominio de alquiler por propietario está impecablemente limpio y equipado con todo lo que pueda necesitar para relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones en Puerto Rico.

We had the best time staying at Eric’s VRBO right on the beach! The view was incredible and there were so many great restaurants and walking distance. Eric is an amazing host, we got to meet him when we arrived so he walked us through the whole arrival process. If we return to PR, we will definitely come back here! Highly recommend!

Studio was very clean and comfortable. Host was outstanding and provided excellent information regarding the property and surrounding neighborhoods. Tremendous views from the studio with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend the Ropa Vieja Grill just blocks from the studio.

The view and sounds of the ocean were phenomenal. The condo was central to some shopping and restaurants and it had all the items needed to feel at home! The only complaint I have is no screens in the windows or doors, to be able to enjoy the outside air and sounds (but this is no fault of the owner, I didn't see any screens in Puerto Rico)! We met and spoke with the owner who was wonderful and very helpful and informative, as well. Just a wonderful time all around.

Awesome View! Amazing Location! Beautiful Unit!

This has got to be the best place in all of Condado! The view is second to none. Breathtaking! The decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. It had everything we needed. It’s definitely the best location. There were unlimited places to eat in walking distance of just about anything you want. Walgreens is on the same block as this place. Oh, and Eric is a great host giving us all the info we needed. Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! If you want all, this is place. Thank you Eric for your hospitality and we hope you are still there when we come back to Puerto Rico. We absolutely fell in love and didn’t want to leave.

Eric was a wonderful host even though we just talked over the phone and the place was exactly as he explained. He sent me instructions with pictures and texts you couldn't possibly make a mistake getting into the facility and the lock box and the codes Etc. The housekeeper was adorable and helpful the maintenance man was right there to help and Alex who also had a few vrbo's in the building was very helpful also. Thank you Eric it was a wonderful experience!

Eric was the most communicative and helpful host I’ve worked with so far. He provided excellent, detailed information about how to access the condo, the area around the property, and things to do in San Juan. The condo is was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. He even provided beach chairs and beach towels. We loved it!

Exactly how described and then some, great communication by the owner and awesome directions. No issue at check-in. Woke up every morning, had my cup of coffee watching the waves come in. Safe and secure area. Would rent again and recommend.

Wonderful Oceanview Stay

The condo was clean, convenient and very secure. The views of the ocean were incredible, the bed was very comfy and, although it was hot while we visited, the breeze that came through the doors prevented us from touching the AC. We were steps away from the ocean, minutes away from delicious food and a quick taxi/Uber/Lyft from Viejo San Juan.

Hit the beach!

This listing is as advertised! Excellent accommodations with careful consideration to guests needs. My wife and I spent a week at Erics studio on the beach. Plenty to do within walking distance, or Uber to nearby Old San Juan. Would love to return someday and let the sound of the ocean lull us to sleep….

Amazing place, great location

We had everything we needed for a short stay in Condado area. Amazing views, ocean breeze are breathtaking. Apartment is fully equipped with all you need. Convenient commute to old town. Groceries, cafes, restaurants- all within minutes. The beach is vibrant though swimming might be challenging, it’s not quiet waters. We loved it though.

A beautiful relaxing condo in the heart of Condado.

From signing the agreement to leaving for home, Eric has been the greatest host. The condo is very clean comfortable, safe and completely stocked with everything you need for a comfortable weeks stay. The picture is what you get, a beach view that you will not want to leave. We never turned on the air conditioning, the ocean breeze and sound of the waves, created a perfect night’s sleep. Walk out the door and you are either on the beach or in the middle of restaurants and convenience stores.Eric helped create a dream vacation with a beautiful room and his never ending hospitality.

Gorgeous view and excellent location

We loved our stay here. It had everything you needed and more (beach towels, coolers, etc.). The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the 5th floor and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a very safe and secure place, hence there are several keys, a fob and a parking gate opener to work with. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions. If we visit San Juan again we will definitely contact the owner.

The place is absolutely stunning with a great ocean view and balcony. The owner is so easy to understand and very responsive to questions via vrbo or text. Its in a very walkable area with lots to see and do/eat. We Will be back again

Birthday getaway

Just chexked put of Eric's property Rhe space is exactly how its listed on vrbo. The ocean view is spectacular and prettier than what you would expect. Wether is waking up or napping to the ocean and wave sounds it made for a relaxed vacation. The room is quaint and very clean perfect if you want to recharge or reconnect with your partner or spouse. Its equipped with the required and adequate ameneties from beach chairs to cooler so that you may enhoy a day on the beach. We opted to rent chaira and umbreall as theey also have thiae available to you on the beach.The area is safe and restuarants are relatively available walking distance.and if not just an uber ride away. Eric is extremely warm and friendly and only a text away if needed. He was very attentive and responsive throughout my trip. Thanks again for the umbrella! I truly reocmmend that you rent his space you will not be disappointed and I look forward to renting and visiting in tje near future

The best location at San Juan.

The condo is very convenient, it has everything you need in the condo. We love that they got all the kitchen appliances since my husband is vegan , so I have to cook most of the meal for him during our stay . Eric was very awesome, we had so many questions and he helped us with everything. We got a parking ticket and we had a hard time to find where can we pay for it . Eric helped us to find out the location and how to get there and he didn’t have too but he was really nice for going above and beyond to help us out . If we re going back to PR we will definitely stay there again . Thank you for everything Eric!

More than I expected....

My partner and I stayed at Eric's quaint studio apartment for 5 days. The apartment was perfect for our 5-day stay and exceeded our expectations. Check-in was a bit tricky, lockbox key access, multiple keys for elevator and apt., etc.- slight confusion when we arrived, however our host answered my call immediately and walked us through accessing the keys to the unit for seamless entry. The studio was immaculate, fully stocked, beautifully decorated; I loved the blue accents and decor that included cheeky wall frames trimmed with colorful seashells. The oceanfront views are stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Centrally located, Old San Juan was a $10 Uber ride away; 30m to Laquillo and Pinones Beach; 45m to El Yunque National Rain Forest. Close to restaurants on Ashford Avenue, Walgreens, 24 hour pharmacy, and much more within a 2-block radius. We were excited to see coolers, beach chairs and towels available and put them to good use. Highly recommended and will be back for a quick weekend getaway. Thanks, Eric!

Elopement & Honeymoon

We stayed in this condo for our first week long stay/elopement & honeymoon in PR. It was perfect!! It was clean, close to all stores/restaurants & the view was breathtaking!! The owner was a available and communicated promptly. We ran into him one day and told him we were getting married and he gifted us a bottle of champagne and even suggested some things to go do & see. We will definitely be booking with him again!! It was perfect for our new chapter!!! B & C 8-8-24

I recently retired after being employed for 2 decades as an airline flight attendant. I have lived in Puerto Rico for more than 40 years, residing in Stella Maris since 1987. I love living in San Juan which has a nice mix of beach and city and enjoys almost perfect weather the entire year long. I live in the same building as the rental which allows me to attend quickly to any issues that arise. I strive to provide the level of service that I would like to receive if I were renting form someone else.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose to live in Condominium Stella Maris primarily for location. You simply can not beat the view. Being on the beach at the end of Condado Avenue, we are right in the heart of things. When you walk out on the balcony you feel as if you were out at sea on a cruise ship. The waves lapping the beach lull you to sleep and the breeze blowing in is soothing and comforting.
The building itself has 11 floors and a friendly neighborly feel to it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Almost anything you want to do is accessible by foot. There are a multitude of restaurants in the neighborhood, from fast food to five star and shops from Cartier to Walgreens. For exercise you can swim in the ocean, stroll around the lagoon or go to one of several gyms nearby. The place can be either peaceful and relaxing or there is plenty of lively action in the casinos and clubs in the area..
Personally I like to stroll around the nearby Condado lagoon in the early morning for fresh air and exercise.
