Romantic villa, with a heated pool (low season) and a fantastic view

The lovingly furnished villa is picturesquely situated above the wide olive hills of Imperia. You enjoy a great view of the sea and the surrounding valleys / villages from the spacious terrace to the Maritime Alps. And at the same time you are at the sea and beach of Porto Maurizio in just 15 minutes.

A heated pool with newly installed massage jets and a small splash shower directly at the villa offers you a pleasant refreshment in the warm summer months. From there you can enjoy the beautiful view of the nearby sea. In the months of April, May and September, October, the pool is heated if the water temperature drops below approx. 22 degrees during the day (electricity costs are incurred separately on the 15th September to 15 May, in low season, billed).

The pool is available for your sole use.

The bright and open living area is tastefully decorated in natural colors and with high quality furniture. The comfortable kitchen has just been renovated and partially renewed. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for all needs. The first bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.

Two bedrooms and the second spacious bathroom with bathtub and bidet are on the 1st OG. These rooms are also lovingly furnished and offer every comfort.

Life can take place wonderfully outside on the spacious terrace, which begins directly at the front door of the villa. You can enjoy your pizza at a large dining table with several seating options (there is a barbecue grill directly on the terrace).

The terrace extends around the villa, where you can find peace and absolute privacy. Several sun loungers with a sun roof and their own outdoor shower bring relaxation and pleasant cooling.

In the villa there is a fitness room with modern equipment. From there you also have a wonderful view to the sea.

The landlords of the villa live in a separate house on the property. They are open, hospitable and very straightforward, while giving you the privacy and privacy you desire. You have a medium-sized dog, Mr. Brown.

From the vegetable garden of the neighboring house, the two different types of vegetables such as tomatoes, salads, onions and herbs have also been planted for your guests. You are welcome to ask and use them at any time!

In the stone walls at the house there is a cool wine store, which is always filled with Giorgio's sparkling wine. Giorgio will be happy to provide you with the best conditions.

A washing machine is in an extra room.

You can easily drive to the villa with your car. There is a private parking lot with a covered car port on the property, which you are welcome to use.

Perfect stay at a wonderful hideaway

It has already been the second time we stayed at this true paradise place. The location is ideally situated to explore the Ligurian Coast, Côte d‘Azur and Monaco. Evelyn and Giorgio are the best hosts one can imagine. We will certainly come back again.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful place with perfect hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hideaway which feels like heaven on earth. Evelyn and Georgio who are living in a separate home are wonderful persons and together with their dog - Mr. Brown - the best hosts one could wish for. The Villa „Bella Vista“ indeed deserves its name and has everything needed to make it a perfect stay. It is also an ideal place to explore Liguria as well as the Côte d‘Azur. We will definitely come back and are already very much looking forward.

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus oberhalb von Pontedassio mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer und die Alpen. Die Eigentümer Evelyn und Giorgio wohnen separat auf dem Grundstück, sie sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, drängen sich aber nicht auf und sind nur zu sehen, wenn man sich am Parkplatz hinter dem Haus trifft. Nur der Labradoodle Mr. Brown schaut ab und zu nach dem Rechten, insbesondere, wenn gegrillt wird ;-).Man ist allerdings weit ab vom Schuss und muss für alle Besorgungen das Auto benutzen, nach Pontedassio sind es rd. 4 km, zum Supermarkt 6 km. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig.Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind etwas angejahrt, aber sauber und in Ordnung. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.PS: unbedingt vorher mit Evelyn und Giorgio sprechen, wenn man ein gutes ligurischen Restaurant besuchen möchte. In den Dörfern gibt es wirklich kulinarische Schätze, die auch preislich unschlagbar sind.

schöne Auszeit

Wir waren eine Woche in Villa Bella Vista. Hinter uns waren die Berge, vor uns der schöne Blick ins Tal und das Meer. Der Pool ist einfach super. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Hund Mrs. Brown war uns immer willkommen. Zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto gute 15 Min. (Diano Marina). Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick

Empfehlenswerte, geräumige , liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit unschlagbarem Ausblick und hohem Erholungswert. Unsere Jugendlichen waren vor allem von dem Fitnessraum mit Blick auf Imperia und dem Pool begeistert. So waren auch regnerische Tage kein Problem. Ohne Auto geht aber nix. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch "Mister Brown" haben wir sehr ins Herz geschlossen. "Fette Empfehlung!"

Traumhaftes Haus mit tollem Pool und schöner Aussicht

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es stimmte alles! Das Haus war geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ausstattung perfekt. Der Pool wunderbar und die Aussicht grandios. Wundervoll erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus hat eine schöne Terasse mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer und bergige Hinterland. Es war sauber, geräumig sowie geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool war angenehm temperiert und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die äußerst freundlichen und sehr bemühten Gastgeber Evelyn und Giorgio. Nach einer langen Anfahrt gab es zur Begrüßung Erfrischungsgetränke und ein kleiner Imbiss. Sie haben uns tolle Tips zu Unternehmungen und den einen oder anderen Geheimtipp an Lokalitäten gegeben. Neben den Gastgebern haben wir besonders den süssen und lieben Hund der beiden "Mr. Brown", ins Herz geschlossen, welcher gelegentlich vorbei schaute. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Luft klar. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub trotz schattigen 16 Grad

Über das Haus wurde schon viel geschrieben... Es liegt 3 km oberhalb von Pontedassio auf einem Berg mit einem eindrucksvollen Panorama sowohl zum Meer, als auch zu den Bergen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Besitzer sind wirklich außergewöhnlich sympathisch und hilfsbereit, zur Ankunft gab es einen Osterkuchen und eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Den Pool haben wir selten genutzt , da es zu Ostern, auch mit beheiztem Pool, für uns zu kalt war. Der Ort eignet sich gut für Ausflüge, wir waren in etwa 1 Stunde in Monaco und Nizza. Die Anfahrt den Berg rauf ist schon anspruchsvoll. Ohne Auto ist man jedoch aufgeschmissen ! Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Herrlicher Ausblick und 2 wundervolle Wochen in Pontedassio

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Villa „Bella Vista“. Wir haben die meiste Zeit auf der wunderschönen Terrasse verbracht, der Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer ist traumhaft und der Pool mit seiner Größe fantastisch, um sich nach Tagestouren abzukühlen. Die Terrasse wurde noch um ein Stück erweitert, was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht, und ist jetzt noch schöner. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und ist sehr geräumig, an allen Fenstern gibt es Mückennetze, sodass man nachts beruhigt bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Evelyn und Giorgio sind zwei ganz wundervolle und herzliche Gastgeber und haben die ganze Zeit über dafür gesorgt, dass es uns gut geht. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal dafür!

I don't have to say much about the object. The pictures alone say it all. The house was absolutely amazing. In my opinion, it doesn't get any better than that. Top view, pool and sit area in front of the house. AWESOME!! But I would like to say a lot more about the neighbors. I haven't met such loving, nice and helpful people as hosts for a long time. We were received very lovingly. The whole week we felt a lot more comfortable, among other things, because of the two. No matter what we could always ask or get tips. we didn't feel disturbed at any time. In addition, the two of them also have a very, very, very great dog, which we have also taken very dear to our hearts. His name is Mr Brown. Cool name and fitting for the dog. The holiday there was: BELLISSIMA! Was a very very great time there.

Absolutes Traumhaus

Wir reisen wirklich viel, aber dieses Haus war das mit Abstand Schönste von allen. Die Lage ist unglaublich. Man blickt auf der einen Seite in die Berge und das Olivental und auf der anderen Seite bis zum Meer. Das Haus ist unfassbar liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert und alles was man braucht ist da. Die Eigentümer sind bezaubernd, herzlich und fürsorglich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder:)

Wir waren eine Woche in der traumhaften Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es war alles tadellos sauber und die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an pudelwohl gefühlt und können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Grand view Villa

Nice and well kept villa with mountain and Mediterranean view. The house has a very nice feel to it and is well equipped. We really enjoyed the mountain view whilst enjoying the pool. A great place to stay and special as it is in the moutains only 10 min away from the amenities.

Traumblick in wunderschöner Villa

Wir haben mit 2 Kindern (10 und 13) 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage bietet die perfekte Möglichkeit, Ausflüge entlang der Blumenreviera aber auch bis nach Frankreich zu machen. Umso schöner ist es, abends wieder die Ruhe und den Ausblick dieses Objektes genießen zu dürfen. Die Gastgeber sind ganz bezaubernd, stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und Mr. Brown - der Hund - war ein angenehmer Gesellschafter für unsere Kinder. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt, auf ein Wiedersehen.
