Enjoy this tasteful loft in Old Town Scottsdale! Stocked kitchen & small stacked W/D in unit. Sleep comfortably in a king-size bed.

Location is superb, only a few blocks to art district and entertainment, fun events and popular attractions that Old Town has to offer! Roll around by renting a scooter/bike. Popular hiking spot Camelback mountain is only 3.4 miles away!

You’ll have an upstairs loft with a King Bed, reading chair, and full bath attached.

There is a guest bathroom downstairs as well as your complete kitchen equipped with coffee, cookware, wine glasses, and other dishes to prepare your favorite foods.

We provide a basic amenities, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1-2 rolls of paper towels and a bit of dish soap/detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. For longer stays you will want to purchase additional amenities.

Updates are nice

It is clear that the owners have accomplished most of the needed upgrades in this comfortable apartment. The upstairs tub needs to be replaced & the kitchen cabinets need TLC. The location is great, within walking distance of Old Town, restaurants & bars and the Poison Pen Bookstore. Off street parking is provided. The neighborhood seems quiet.

Great Scottsdale Location
