This was our second time staying at this location, and it was just as great as the first time! Very kind, helpful hosts, cozy accommodations, and a location just away from the hustle and bustle of TC.

This was a great find for us. Close to the golf courses and the casino. Quiet and clean. Tom was very easy to deal with and a great host. Was impressed with the basket of incidentals in case we forgot anything. Definitely will be returning.

The place was a perfect location for all of the area things to do! The hosts were extremely helpful and nice. Even had a cozy electric fireplace. Would definitely go back.

Very nice property and Tom is a great host. Only complaint would be that there's not much soundproofing between the unit downstairs and the host's living space upstairs.

This place was exactly as described, easy check in, convenient access. Owner was polite. Only downside was when the owners were gone the dog barks.

This VRBO met our business and vacation needs for location. It was a very warm temperature week and this unit being in the walkout was very cold (air conditioning vents were closed) Host said to run the fireplace as needed. We did! We prefer to cook dinner meals at ‘home’ (more cost effective and for dietary needs) and found the kitchen essentials weren’t enough for that. We love our morning toasted breads and muffins so we purchased (and left) a toaster bought at the local Goodwill store. Hope that was ok and no red flag tickets are issued by VRBO or fire inspectors. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great place for a quick stay

The property was very clean and the check in check process was easy. Owner was great to deal with and was super responsive to any questions. I would recommend to a small group needing a place to stay in the area.

Great spot for couples/small groups

Stayed with my partner, but definitely enough room for 4-5 people. Great location, not far at all from traverse city downtown. Would stay again!

Great location

Close to the casino and walking trails which is what I had planned for my weekend. Cozy, clean and comfortable. The host was welcoming and friendly.

The property was clean and the owner was very friendly. We loved visiting his his three dogs. Traverse City was a short 10-15 min drive away. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Great place to stay!

We were there for a roller derby tournament at the civic center and the location was perfect to be close by, but far enough away from the busier areas. The place was nice and private but if we needed anything the host was available to help. The area was rural and cute and we’d stay there again if we ever went back! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful! Great spot and host.

I was in town for a horse show and I couldn’t have booked a better place than this place. Clean, cute, well appointed. Easy to get in and out, quiet patio to sit on and close to the show grounds as well as just a short drive from TC. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was very cozy and had everything we needed! It was close to all of the things we wanted to do and was the perfect space to relax in at the end of each day! 10/10!!
