The apartment is on the 7th floor and is accessible by lift. The entrance to this 44 mÂČ apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.
The living area has a comfortable sofa and a dining table accommodating four guests. It leads out to a balcony with a lovely view.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, toaster). A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom features a double bed (140x200), carefully made with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a closet to store your belongings.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is separate.
You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Explore this giant market where you can find antiques, vintage clothes, furniture and much more. Outside the market, discover lively streets with alternative fashion boutiques, cafĂ©s and cosmopolitan restaurants. Don't miss a visit to the nearby Basilique du SacrĂ©-CĆur, for a breathtaking panoramic view of Paris. The Clignancourt district is a captivating place where the past and modernity meet in a unique atmosphere.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Lamarck-Caulaincourt (line 12), is just a 3-minute walk.
CDG Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of âŹ20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ300 smoking fee, at minimum.
