Esta hermosa casa elevada de tres pisos frente al mar ubicada en Palmetto Dunes cuenta con seis habitaciones y cinco baños y medio. La cocina ha sido recientemente renovada y tiene hermosas encimeras de granito, cuenta con una isla para su comodidad y está totalmente equipada. El dormitorio en el primer piso tiene una cama king y tiene acceso directo a la terraza de la piscina. En la sala de billar hay dos juegos de literas que ofrecen espacio adicional para dormir, perfecto para adolescentes o niños.

Dos hermosas escaleras de barrido conducen al rellano del segundo piso que tiene una acogedora sala de estar. Encontrará el dormitorio principal en este nivel. Está bellamente decorada y cuenta con una cama con dosel extragrande y un baño principal grande con ducha y bañera separada. El maestro también tiene un maravilloso balcón privado que tiene hermosas vistas de la playa y el Atlántico. También hay otro dormitorio principal en este nivel que cuenta con una cama king pillow top, baño privado y un balcón frente al mar.

El tercer nivel de esta espaciosa casa ofrece las mejores vistas del océano hasta el momento. Hay una gran sala de fiestas equipada con un bar que se abre a una gran terraza con vistas panorámicas del océano. Las habitaciones quinta y sexta se encuentran en este piso. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el otro tiene dos gemelos. Ambos cuentan con baños privados y butacas de estilo buhardilla. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores LCD de pantalla plana y DVD.

A Perfect Location Steps from the Beach

If you are looking for ideal accommodation for a large multi age family group this is the place for you. Easy and close beach access with your own private pool and amazing views of the ocean. Very well stocked with supplies and a very attentive host. Highly recommend renting this great beach home.

The booking process was seamless. The property manager Paul was extremely responsive and catered to our every needs. The owner Marc stopped by when we arrived and as we left to make sure everything was perfect and he was great. The house/location is amazing- the house had everything you could imagine and is very kid friendly- a beach box full of toys, kids bikes, baby jogger, seat, etc. We will definitely be back

Great pool, beach and ocean views! House needs updating and a deep clean, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. We hosted a large gathering and found the kitchen and island to be a bit small and awkward. But everyone had fun! We did need the managers assistance at one point during our stay and both he and the owner were available! Unfortunately, the ac vent above the master toilet dripped on us for a week, which was not ideal, nor was the peeling paint on the patio table or outdated stereo system, considering the price tag.

Don’t Pass Up This House

We were here during tropical storm Debby. Having said that - this house did not disappoint. I’m not sure I have enough space to add how great our trip was and here’s why… Fully decked out house with everything from an ice machine, kitchen spices/everything you don’t need to pack, pool and beach accessories - the list goes on. However - we were there during a tropical storm and the pool table, games, hot tub and pool were a life saver. Paul and Marc were available at a moments notice and helped us with whatever we needed. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip and we appreciated how much the property manager and owner care for us. Thanks so much for a great week!!

Fall Getaway with Spouse and Dogs

HUGE house. And amazing support from Paul, the property manager - very responsive. Perfect house for a larger extended family and friends looking for getting together to swim in a person pool and hot tub, direct beach access, a bedroom with personal bath for all, amazing views, seafood boils and grilling, child friendly, etc. A true beach house lifestyle with all the necessary amenities. No worries. They even provide all the small amenities like ziplock bags and foil in kitchen, bicycles, and chairs for the beach. Pet friendly. If you are seeking a manicured putting green lawn with a Ritz Carlton pristine feel, this may not be your place. Relaxing for those that desire the beach house life.

The location was perfect for our vacation. The property manager greeted us at the home and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked. this was are first family vacation with infants(1&2 yr olds) and our first trip to Hilton Head. one of the reasons I selected this house was because of local property mgmt, and I wasn't disappointed. Paul was most responses to emails, what do do while there, etc. before our stay and while we were there. unfortunately we had an A/C problem on our last day and he was there in 15mins to help resolve. between Marc & Paul you wont be disappointed with their customer service; we weren't.

Perfect location!

Six adults playing tennis and golf everyday. We had our happy hours on the third floor balcony with amazing views. Cooked some nice meals in the well appointed kitchen. Family room is extremely comfortable. And unlike many rentals we’ve had over the years, shampoo, soap, dishwashing soap, laundry and cleaning products were abundant. Also made great use of the bikes. We had a great time visiting. Marc and his team really do a great job of going out of there way to enhance your stay. We had a couple minor things pop up but they were right on it to get corrected. Dinghy House is Phenomenal!!

This was the first time we ever stayed at a first row house, and just as the owner Marc told me back in April when we booked, once you stay first row, you'll never stay anywhere else. Marc's place has an awesome pool and deck, many bedrooms with ocean view, very well furnished and stocked, and Marc is a very gracious host that takes great pride in providing a top notch, first class experience for his guests. We have already booked next year and can't wait to get back!!!

Almost perfect.

Overall the house is nice. The beach location and pool area are excellent. The pool itself is large and has a nice attached spa which can be heated. There are probably 8 lounge chairs around the pool and just as many standard chairs for the outdoor tables. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor are spacious and well appointed. The third floor rooms are pretty standard, though the beds up there are pretty old and uncomfortable. The normal bedroom on the first floor is much smaller than implied by photos. The full bath on the first floor is shared between the two bedrooms. Speaking of, the pool table bedroom had an odd smell and could use better lights. Overall, every bathroom in the house was nice. Especially appreciated the showers. The living room on the main floor has tons of seating and is comfortable. The TV is also large enough to ensure everyone can easily see the screen. Few other considerations… communication with the property owner and manager were a bit confusing/ didn’t always match up. And the manager liked coming by too often. You’re on vacation, you don’t want to be startled by unannounced visits. Depending on the season, you’re likely paying $1+/minute to be there. The managers shouldn’t waste that time bothering you multiple times during the week to overshare odd personal information. Additionally, the photos on VRBO could use an update. A few things have changed. Including the pool room now having two bunked beds where the bottom is full and top is a twin. Similarly, the bikes available for use with the house are rather run-down. One is missing a bike chain, a couple have flat tires, or loose seats, and a couple more have chains so rusted they make cracking noises constantly as you pedal. I’ve noticed other reviews that mention bike issues and would recommend just renting bikes from pedals (if you plan to use them) that work and come with locks and baskets. ** Finally, there are definitely a few safety issues. While it was thoughtful to have netting on the staircase to the 2nd floor the real problem is the front porch entryway stairs which are uneven in a few spots and do not have a handrail. One of the property managers and my father-in-law both fell on them while we were there. Just inside the home, there are similarly no handrails for the quarter staircase, which has floors that are quite slick.

Perfect Location and this house had everything!

We really enjoyed our time in Palmetto Dunes and 9 Dinghy is a beautiful property with everything you need to make the most of your week. Right on the beach and the large pool was wonderful in the afternoon. 2 Fridges and an ice maker were put to great use for our large family of 14. Loved having a weeks supply of tp, paper towels, and toiletries. Plus trash bags and everything for the kitchen. Also enjoyed a seafood boil with all the equipment we needed provided. Made good use of the bikes, beach towels, and beach chairs. This house has it all. Perfect for large Families!

Perfect Spring Break house for families

We loved this property for our 3 vacationing families. Everything was made easy due to the space and amenities included. The owner/property managers were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The views are amazing and the pool was enjoyed by all. Our only complaint would be that the pool deck gave the kids splinters, but that was remedied by wearing flip flops on deck. The house was very well stocked and we all hope to return.
