Thank you for your detailed feedback, Jessica. We're glad you enjoyed the home and your stay overall. We apologize for any discomfort you experienced due to the AC. Please note that our air conditioning settings range from 72-78 degrees for guest comfort. As per your request, we lowered it further to 70 degrees. However, we have a minimum setting to protect the property and prevent system malfunctions. After your stay, our team checked the AC and found it to be functioning perfectly, confirming that it is operating as intended. Regarding the mattress, we understand that comfort is subjective and varies from person to person. We will take note of your feedback and discuss it with our management and homeowner. We hope that despite these issues, you had an enjoyable stay and that the clarification provided encourages you to stay with us again. Orlando Rent a Villa Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance for the A/C to shut off but it can happen if the doors are open for a long time. Rest assured that our team checked and the A/C is working perfectly fine. Furthermore, the lawn was recently reported to be trimmed as well. We hope that because the items have been addressed you would book again with us in the future. As we look forward to hosting you again. See you soon! Orlando Rent a Villa Team
