Semi-detached cottage for 4 people, in Fronton, in the heart of the Frontonnais vineyards, 40km from Toulouse and 18km from Montauban. Fenced grounds and covered terrace. Pets allowed. This cottage with a shared secure swimming pool (12.5 x 6 meters), housed in a restored 19th-century barn, offers a rural stay. Semi-detached year-round rental. On the ground floor: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed (160cm), shower room, toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed (160cm). Electric heating.
