This cozy little cottage also offers you a private terrace. The house is adjoining the old winery, now empty. This property was in fact divided between the main house, the winery, the forge and an annex farm, and extended over more than 70 hectares. She has been in the Levrat family for over 70 years. Ideally located, you will be 30km west of the historic center of Toulouse and 17km from the Isle-Jourdain leisure center in the Gers (possibility of swimming, wake-boarding, etc.). Muret, its Bonnets swimming lake, as well as the Aqualudia water park are 20km away. The African Safari Zoo is 10km away. The Ramée leisure center (swimming lake and golf course) is 20km away.
