Slightly set back from the Toulouse (36km) / Revel (17km) road, on an axis allowing easy access to the various sites of tourist interest, this farm (sunflower, durum wheat, alfalfa, corn, soft wheat, etc.) hosts a rural gîte set up in old renovated outbuildings. An unfenced garden allows you to eat and play outside. Parking area. Hiking on site. The Etang de l'Orme Blanc is 10km away (swimming), Saint-Félix-Lauragais is 7km away (shops, restaurants, country houses, Cocagne festival) and Revel is 17km away (wood crafts, market, the most beautiful detours in France, swimming lake, Canal du Midi museum). Pets not allowed. On the ground floor: kitchen/dining room (4-burner induction hob, built-in pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge/freezer), living room, hallway leading to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm), a shower room (walk-in shower) and a toilet.
