Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You don’t need to worry about starting any laundry, the cleaners will take care of all of the bed linens and towels.
Please be sure to empty and remove any leftover food and drinks and take out the trash before you leave. Please also load and start the dishwasher before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Moving Furniture, decor or equipment inside the townhome is prohibited.

We enjoyed staying at this location. The host is friendly and quick to reply to any questions I had. Place was clean and had all necessities for our stay. Kitchen stocked with pots and utensils that we needed. The location of townhouse is very convenient especially if you have little ones because it is 100 feet away from the resort amenities. No driving to pool. I would definitely recommend this place.

A 5 star experience! The house was absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like staying at a friend’s home, very welcoming. This is our second time staying with Michele. The property is always very clean and well put together. Michele was very communicative and very responsive. We had several Internet issues while trying to watch TV and work and Michele was very responsive and made concessions for the inconvenience. We were able to go over to the main clubhouse as well when we needed to work. There are 2 TV’s upstairs that are hardwired to cable boxes which worked perfectly. We cooked and ease the grill several times which was very helpful inconvenience to our stay. We had all of the utensils, pots and pans, and even storage containers readily available. The next time we are back in Orlando we will certainly check to see if this is an option for our stay.

Our stay was amazing! The house was so clean! The kitchen island and seats was so convenient! The house is located right across from the pool/restaurant which made our stay so much easier with our kids! I usually have problems with the cleanliness of units - but not this one! If you need a clean and modern place to stay - this place is perfect!
