Petoskey MI (20 minutes from Harbor Springs) offers waterfront park, great restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Travel north on the Tunnel of Trees (M-119) to Mackinaw City to catch the ferry to Mackinac Island. En route to Mackinac or Mackinaw City you can visit Good Hart with stores and Cross Village with must see Legs Inn restaurant with beautifully hand carved wood, indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the lake, Polish food, bar and more.
