Luxurious Riverfront Getaway. 8 miles-Cranmore, 15 miles-Attitash

Absolutley stunning, fully renovated four bedroom home on the Saco River. Relax on our quiet, private association beach, float down the river with our two kayaks and five durable rafts. Enjoy stunning views of the river from our upper deck where you can feel away from it all. Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and one bedroom with full bath on the second floor. We have a two car garage and an unfinished basement that leads out to a new patio with an outdoor shower and river views. We have a whole house water filtration system of our well water. From the patio, it is a two minute walk to our private association beach. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, a keurig with coffee and tea pods, an automatic drip coffee maker, an electric tea kettle and all the amenities you need for eating at home while on vacation. Many families have created wonderful memories year after year at this special home.

5-10 minutes from Settler's Green Outlets, 15 minutes to North Conway center and Cranmore Mountain and 30 minutes to Attitash Mountain and Storyland.

Excellent! Liz has done a wonderful job of remodeling this riverfront home. Located in the heart of New Hampshire hiking and Fall colors, the location is outstanding. Liz did a great job of communicating during our stay. Highly Recommend!

Great house and location

The house was wonderful and had plenty of space for everyone. My husband and I stayed with our 2 young kids and both of our parents (6 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of space. Also such a great location. Felt private with beautiful view of the river, but was a close drive to so many activities.

Liz hit it out of the park. Her home is meticulously kept. Everything was provided, plus some unexpected extras. Thank you so much for being such a great host. We were all thoroughly impressed.

Quiet Location

This was a nice quiet location on the Saco River. The house was exactly as described and very clean! Lots to do in the surrounding area.

Family Rendezvous

Lovely property and house, very private, and super-convenient to the Saco River. It was just as the listing described. The rainy weather encouraged more sampling of shopping and sight-seeing around N. Conway, which is very conveniently accessed. A perfect place for a family gathering like ours. We hope to return for more river fun another time.

Great family vacation

We had a great 5 day 4 night stay here the second week of August. Each of the bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of space for our party of 8 which included 2 smaller children. When loaded up with gear and smaller children the walk to the beach was more like 5 minutes for us, but we had the beach to ourselves minus the occasional tubers passing by. The river and beach can be rocky so definitely bring water shoes, we found the river the be more sandy towards the far side. We had an issue with the central air during our stay but Joe and Liz were quick to address it and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful House for Family Gatherings

The house seems brand new and was perfect for our three generation family (grandparents, two adult daughters and three grandchildren ages 2,3 and 5). We were able to spread out to sleep but easily be in the living room/diningroom/kitchen area together in various subgroups but still able to keep an eye on the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality cookware, knives that really cut, and little things like measuring cups and spoons that are often missing from vacation rentals. One important point for this summer (2022) is that New England is in a severe drought and the river was very low. We tried to take a tube ride down the river and ended up pushing the tubes over areas that had almost no water and pulling the tubes while walking in the river because the current was so weak. There is a lovely little beach area about a 5 minute walk from the cottage and the kids had fun playing in the sand and splashing in the (very) shallow water but don't plan on doing any swimming. There is a steep bank between the property and the river so you can't launch the kayaks from the house but must carry them to the beach or attach them to a roof rack on your car and drive to a boat launch. The location of the house was great for us - an easy drive to several child-friendly "hikes" and Story Land and Sherman's Farm, which had an area for the kids to run around in, animals to look at, goats to feed and ice cream to eat! We had a wonderful time!

Home away from home

Our family of 7 (3 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young children) loved staying at this gem along the Saco River. The owners have created a top notch, comfortable, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated environment with all of the amenities to enjoy a summer vacation in the white mountains! The house felt brand new and the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into providing a home away from home for visitors is apparent. We loved the location...close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown North Conway, but far enough off the beaten path to enjoy the peacefulness that the river provides. Our kids really enjoyed walking down the path to the Saco River from the back of the house and out onto what felt like our own private beach! We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends and hope to return someday soon.

Awesome Home and Ski Trip

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, spotless and everything was first rate. Liz was a pleasure to deal with and made sure the house was stocked with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great spot close to everything.

Beyond Expectations!

Location was perfect for us and our winter activities of skiing at Cranmore and snowmobiling in Fryeburg - not to mention the quiet setting on the Saco River. The house was set up well for lots of family fun of cooking, playing games and watching movies. , as well as spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped in every way. We are already planning to reserve again for next year's winter getaway and may even try it out in the summer to enjoy the river. You won't be disappointed with your stay at all!

Absolutely gorgeous home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated home with gracious hosts! Everything was sparkling new. The location is convenient for year round outdoor activities in the white mountains, and it was so fun to have access to the river within a short walking distance. The kids enjoyed wading in the water during the warm Fall weather! We hiked multiple days and fit in a visit to Story Land, and it was always a pleasure to return to this home at the end of the day. We are already planning a return stay!
