We had a wonderful stay in a great location with a beautiful view of the bay. Great communication with owner. Lots of things to do in the area, and lots of beaches within a half hour drive. We would definitely stay again.

Good Location

Nicely located in a quiet neighborhood between Bradenton and Sarasota with a water view. Kitchen was well equiped. Beds were comfortable. Seating and lighting were not the best, but overall we were pleased with our one month stay.

Excellent Value Water View Property

House is spacious - more than appears in the photos with a lovely covered deck at the back, perfect for morning coffees overlooking the water. It is 20 mins away from the beaches so a car is needed. House is well appointed with everything you need including decent kitchenware and Kelly was a very kind host, excellent communication and left us a lovely welcome basket with a bottle of wine! Very good value property if you're prepared to be a bit away from the beaches. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Why they chose this property

It is convenient to EVERYTHING! Centrally located west of 41! Downtown Sarasota and Bradenton are each within 10-15 minutes, giving you a huge variety of activities and restaurants. Close to Ringling Museum. Lido Beach, Anna Maria within 30 minutes,
It should feel like home. I stay in a LOT of vacation rentals, I know what turns me off and will do everything I can to have everything at your fingertips.

What makes this property unique

Quiet neighborhood. Great Kitchen. Comfy beds. Smart TVs, Great WiFi, Cozy Deck with Peak-a-boo views of the water - Wine in the evening coffee in the morning or set up office outside!
