CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

The normal temperature in the house at summer time is 72°. The property has 2 (NEST) smart thermostats which are controlled by our management remotely. 1 is on first floor and the 2nd is upstairs. Guests will not be able to change settings for the thermostats are locked. However guests are able to adjust temperature in the range of 7° up or down. (72°-77°)
By simply turning the thermostat clockwise to bring the temperature up or turning it counterclockwise to desired temperature. Thermostat will not go below 72°.
If guests desire to go below 72° the management will accommodate that for a fee of $15 a day. Then, settings will be changed to 68°-77°.
for which payment may be sent in advance via zelle or other payment methods.

Other things to note

NO SMOKING

No indoors smoking whatsoever, it will require extra $200 charge on top of the original cleaning charges.

POOL/JACUZZI HEATING

Pool/spa heating is optional at $35 a day, minimum 3 days. need to be paid at least 24 hours in advance to avoid extra service fee of $35 to power on the heater.

♦️PETS FEE

Pets are welcome. The fee for each pet is $200 for the entire stay. It takes longer cleaning and special sanitizing to eliminate the odor.

HOA RULES

HOA has quiet rule and parking rule. guest's vehicle must not block other house’s entrance. No RV, no recreational vehicle, no commercial truck such as U-Haul.

The community allows up to five vehicles per house, and the need to pre-register all drivers in advance for gate access.( temporarily this rule is not in effect)

STARTER KIT

We provide limited house supplies such as trash bag, toiletries, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent etc. We suggest to stock on food, water and other necessities prior to coming to resort.

Vacation homes have a much higher wear and tear then residential. We are frequently repairing or replacing damaged or worn out items, and the replacement may be different from the originals in the listing's pictures. In addition, damages may take some time to repair. These minor variations should not be treated as listing inaccuracy or intentional misleading. For major replacements, we will update the listing pictures again before your arrival. We keep the houses fully functional, and address any issues quickly, but we are not liable for any minor inconvenience or a small differences from the listing pictures you can always check with us before coming.

Golfing Trip Stay

The location of the property was very convenient with easy access to the courses we were playing. The house and surrounding properties were well kept. Overall a solid experience for our group and much much better than hotels or condos.

Great location

This was by far the best vacation we have ever had. Having your own private pool was awesome. The house has so much to offer that you never have to leave. The neighborhood is nice and clean.

Excellent home with everything that is advertised In the listing and more!! The theater was a family favorite during our visit! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and worked perfectly! The place was amazing, the early check in fee due to flight changes was not cool, also the pool and hot tub didn't heat besides those 2 issues it was one of the best houses I've stayed at and I travel 5-7 times a year.

Terrific Family Vacation!

We spent one fun-filled week at Abe and Bella’s property. The property was clean and the themed rooms for the children were amazing-especially the Harry Potter room. We will definitely be renting this property again should we return to Orlando as a large group. It is central to everything you could possibly need and only a 10 minute drive to Disney. Thank you for being amazing hosts!

Great celebration

We were there to host family and friends for my daughters wedding. Beautiful property and responsive owner. Good communication through the entire process. We had a small issue during our stay and the owner went above and beyond to take care of it. Kitchen has everything you need and we loved the hot tub.

The location of the property and the size of the home are the only thing I enjoyed. It easily accommodates multiple families. My recent trip did not go as planned but we made the most of it. This particular property needs a whole different cleaning crew, because the current one is definitely not doing their job. We were up until 2am our first night cleaning stained sheets and wiping down surfaces with Clorox wipes after driving 9 hours. We planned on being in the pool and hot tub the entire 5 day trip and this did not happen because the jacuzzi did not have any water and the pool pump/filter was not working until our last full day. The owner did stay in touch, but I feel that a property of this size and for the cost should’ve been up to par before we even arrived. I will not be staying at this property ever again and I do not care to spend anymore money at any Windsor at Westside resort property. This was my kids first trip to Florida, first trip to Disney, and I was so disappointed with the accommodations. I pray things improve and the next guest has a better experience with this property than my family and I did. There’s so much more that I could add to this review but it will not change the experience we had. This was a live and learn moment.

Thankgiving vacation

I had to ask for the code of the door 12 hours after I was to get it. We arrive to a dirty pool and hot house. My stay was good. Enjoyed the big kitchen. Everyone had a great time.

I’m the owner and this is my interest to make sure my guests are happy. I accept their calls and answer right away. We provide the code to the door within 24 H prior to arrival. And Angela got got it on the 20th which is normal. Our pool service guy is coming every Monday to clean the pool. This season is raining almost every day. After rain storms it’s not unusual to find some discoloration or small debris. We provide a pool brush and net for our guests so that after every use they are able to remove hair or anything that floats on the water. We let our guest to control our smart thermostats on every floor. They can set them to their desired temperature 72° to 75°. Every is written clearly in the house rules. Unfortunately some guests are to lazy to read them. Instead of appreciating that I’m going above and beyond in order to keep them happy and satisfied, unfortunately they complain. I’d like to thank all other guests that came and saw our gorgeous property, kind hospitality and professional hosting. One may read other reviews if you really interested in truth.

We had a ball celebrating my mother's 80th b-day. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. It was a great house. Fantastic Stay

My fiance (now wife!) and I stayed at this property the weekend of my wedding and could not have been happier with it. Abe, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive if we had any issues or questions. We had multiple gatherings here prior to the day of the wedding and it was perfect for hosting. Large indoor space and a clean pool. The location was perfect as well. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney traffic but close enough to be an easy drive to it. I cannot say enough nice things about the property and the owner. Would rent this property again!

Hot tub works fine for those who use properly we invested 5k to fully automate the pool/spa. It take 45 minutes for the water to reach 104°. Pool/spa operation hours is: from 8am till midnight. If anyone tries to heat up the water outside operation time it won’t work. One may take the option of heating the pool/spa 24 H a day. Then one will be able to use it anytime in the duration of stay.

Best vacation ever❤️

Our stay at Abe and Bella’s home was fantastic. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the adults lived in the amazing hot tub. The pool table and home theater are so much fun! Even with 11 adults, and 3 kids there was plenty room for quiet time. The area was quiet and really enjoyed walking my dog. Great communication with Abe, and he resolved any issues quickly ( very few). I would definitely recommend this home, and host. We are all ready planning a trip back to this amazing place! But this time we plan on 10 days!!!! Thank you Abe and Bella

Home away from home

The house was amazing. The decor was magnificent (Blue is my favorite color). The kids enjoyed the pool table. The house was spacious and accommodating for everyone (family of 16). The pool area was nice. Location was great for the places we had planned. The communication between Mr. Abe and myself was good. We were concerned when the hurricane hit and he kept me informed about the house and the condition of Orlando. We will stay here again. Thanks Mr. Abe

Walker Family Review

My family and I stayed in the Disney Luxury Home of Mr. and Mrs. Abe Ashville this past week November 15 -19, 2023. We really enjoyed staying in the house, as it was beautifully decorated and was very clean and neat. The theme in each child's bedroom was a different Disney Character. The rooms were all creatively decorated. We especially enjoyed the theater room. The teenagers loved this room so much that they tried to sleep in it. We enjoyed the house immensely, as we spent the majority of our vacation time in the house. We didn't want to leave it.

Nice home. Easy check-in. A few issues but were addressed and corrected. Lots of activities and games for everyone to enjoy. Excellent for large groups or families. House fully equipped especially kitchen. Even though we didn't use much. Not greatest Wi-Fi. Would rent again. Still overall good stay 4.5-5 out of 5

I had an amazing stay at this home! It was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, making it the perfect choice for our group. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to various shopping venues and restaurants, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area.One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtfully designed amenities. We loved having a movie theater for movie nights—it was such a fun and unique feature. Great space!

We came here for our son’s wedding. The house was incredible! Loved the features and the atmosphere! Everything was as advertised. We did have to communicate with the owner over a leaky refrigerator and he was very attentive. The last two days I had questions regarding the laundry and he did not write back at all. I’m sure they were busy, we figured it out, but communication would have been nice. Overall it’s a great property, a great location and a great space! Thanks Bella and Abe! We did love your place!!!

A Great Home to create Great memories!

This home was everything you hoped it would be and everything it said it would be in its listing. I booked this home for a Brotherhood Retreat/Getaway weekend. We were a group of 6 and the space was more than enough for us. The room sizes are good, the layout was perfect, and the home was very comfortable. Abe, the host was very great to work with, very communicative, and responsive. He took time to share features of the home and took time to answer questions. He really wants you to have a good time and enjoy the home. The home has everything! Pool, Spa, Grills, games, located near grocery stores and restaurants. No need to bring extra towels or floats for the pool, everything you need is there! This home exceeded our expectations and allowed us to create new memories and we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Abe for being such a great host and I hope to stay in your property again!

Great location, amazing clubhouse, huge house with a number of minor issues

We stayed for a week in March with a large family and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and visit. So many options for everyone to enjoy - foosball, pool, TV, swimming, hot tub, movie theater. The location was convenient to Disney (20-30 min) and the clubhouse was a big hit for everyone. We had a number of small issues, none of them preventing us from wanting to visit again, but things we would have assumed would be working like: - Pool was extremely dirty when we arrived, but this was resolved within a day - 2nd fridge doesn't work at all - ice maker doesn't dispense ice at all - Freezer doesn't close properly so it can be easily left open ajar and cause things to thaw - Parking on the street - we were told to park on the street but not warned that you cannot park on the grass, and had 3 cars barely on the grass (6") who all received written warning stickers that were stuck to our driver side windows so well that it took literally hours of scraping and scrubbing to remove them. Overall, it is a great space with so many amenities and options and we would probably visit again despite the few issues.

Family Birthday gathering

Wonderful home and its as advertised. Four night stay for a long weekend to celebrate 2 family member's birthdays. Everyone who stayed and our visitors were more than pleased with your home and what it had to offer. Paid for the 24 hour pool heating and 3 day minimum grill rental. Two minor hiccups. Both grills were locked and one tank was empty while the other was half full. Contacted Abe and received a timely response which rectified all. Grill was only used on last day so I recommend checking it upon arrival to avoid any unexpected circumstances. The main refrigerator leaks from the bottom when the drinking water dispenser is utilizedThe customer service provided by Abe was stellar. He reached out (via phone call) prior to my arrival date to discuss the cost of the additional services I requested. I appreciate good customer service and that was well provided. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for making your home available.
