ROSE Holidays offers this ground floor apartment in a secure residence, ideally located in the Presidents district, in immediate proximity to the ocean and local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...).



Apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for family holidays or trips with friends!



Ideal location: just steps away from Tanchet beach, and close to the cycle path running along the coastline for your bike rides.



The accommodation consists of:

A spacious and bright living area, equipped with a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, Wi-Fi and a dining area with table and 6 chairs.

A semi-open and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, coffee maker (filters)...

A quiet sleeping area at the back of the apartment:

A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), bedside tables and wardrobe.

A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), wardrobe and bedside table.

A bathroom with shower, washbasin with storage, towel dryer and hair dryer.

Separate toilets.



Parking:

A private outdoor parking space is provided within the residence.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry

In case of non-compliance or deep cleaning required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
