This is a charming apartment in a beautiful building. The mezzanine is great for kids and the air conditioning worked perfectly providing relief on some very hot days. The location is fantastic with a bakery right downstairs and countless restaurants within minutes. About a 10 minute walk to the beach.This is an old apartment and could use a little sprucing up, but overall it was great for our stay. The beds were comfortable, it was very bright and the location was fantastic! Antoine met us for check in and was extremely helpful throughout our stay recommending restaurants and answering questions. Overall, a great experience.

Bon emplacement pour découvrir Nice

L’appartement d’Antoine est très bien situé, central mais au calme, en étages élevés avec beaucoup de lumière.L’arrivée est facilité par la disponibilité d’Antoine qui est venu nous remettre les clés en personne.L’appartement est agréable, assez grand et bien pensé avec sa mezzanine.Il s’agit d’un vieil immeuble, et l’appartement est « dans son jus » avec le côté positif de de se tir dans un appartement habité (des livres partout, des tapis et des coussins), mais le côté aussi un peu plus bric et broc, avec notamment des finitions à revoir (des fissures dans les murs, les prises électriques pas très récentes, la cuisine à l’ancienne, la douche qui manque d’un pommeau plus large ou plus haut). Avec une petite rénovation, l’appartement serait parfait !
