Our spacious 2 bedroom-2 bath mobile home located in Lake Havasu City, AZ is a cozy place for the perfect snow birds! The home comes with driveway parking and an open concept Livingroom, Kitchen, and Dining Room floor plan. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with master bath that has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and next to it is a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Laundry room has a washer, dryer and extra Fridge for additional food storage. No indoor/outdoor pets please. Home is recently remodeled and updated! Has a Furnace and AC with ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher and it includes a microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and stand up mixer for all your cooking needs! Sleeps 4(up to 6 okay).

Lake Havasu City rental

I was very pleased with my stay at this rental. The owners were friendly and very helpful. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and baking pans. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, unfortunate circumstances

The layout of this house is beautiful. Easy space for boat parking, powerful AC and clean home. Unfortunately we experienced a 13 hour unfixable power outage. While this wasn’t isolated to only our rental, and was affecting the entire street, we didn’t feel that the property owners took the appropriate steps in communication with us to help. We alerted them once we returned from the water to find out there was no power, and while they apologized and said they would keep in contact to update us, we haven’t heard a single word from them since. Even with reaching out a second time. The house was 90° inside with no circulation. We had to try to find an alternative place to stay, but due to the holiday weekend, there were no available rooms for us to stay in and too late in the evening for us to drive a long distance home safely due to lack of sleep and long day on the water. I personally slept outside on our boat because of how uncomfortable the house was to be in. I really wished I could give a better review because other than this it was a nice experience.

Very Cozy Home

Our stay was very nice and home is extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. Beds are very comfortable we will stay here again.

We bought this family home to increase the quality time we get to spend as a family and the ability to enjoy Beautiful Lake Havasu together! I am the second generation to have a family vacation home here in Havasu and love what the city and community has to offer.
