Detta hem är nyligen renoverat hem med en rymlig öppen planlösning har två master sviter var och en med en dubbelsäng. Det tredje sovrummet har en våningssäng med en drottning futon under och en enkelsäng ovan. Det tredje badrummet har en kombination av dusch / badkar och soffan i vardagsrummet har en gömstol.

Ligger i det önskvärda södra sidan och det är en kort bilresa till London Bridge, Rotary Park samt shopping och underhållning.

En vacker plats att njuta av öknens livsstil när som helst på året!

Very pleasant stay!

The house was everything as described. It was conveniently located, very clean, and well stocked with everything needed. Next trip to Havasu, we will stay there again.

Wonderful lake home

Very nice. We enjoyed the front patio view of the lake and the sunsets. The inside was neat, clean, and very comfortable.

Best place in Lake Havasu City

This place was immaculate. Molly provided clear and simple instructions for our arrival and stay. Very comfortable home and updated nicely. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely book again!!!

Great property!

Place was very clean. Nice and roomy, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which made it nice. Molly was very responsive in her communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Molly's Place

This is the second time we've stayed at Molly's rental. As a VRVO host she is the best! Molly helped us out with the booking well in advance of our arrival. The house is very well equipped for a longer term rental. We can't say enough about how responsive Molly is to any questions or concerns. Example: air conditioner quit blowing cold air. She arranged to have a tech arrive and make the necessary repair WITHIN 1 hour of letting her know there was a problem. We really appreciated the fact the house was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry soap, just to mention a few. Many thanks to Molly for making our 6 week stay so enjoyable.

Great place to stay

The place was very clean and modern. No complaints on the house or property at all, the only possible complaint was that it was a long ways from the boat ramp, but I knew that when I rented the place so that’s my fault. We enjoyed the stay very much. There are more amenities provided than any other VRBO that we have stayed at.

Beautiful home. Wonderful owner

This house is just as pictured in the listing. It is updated and clean. It is conveniently located on a quiet street. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. We enjoyed watching the two roadrunners gather sticks to make their nest in the tree next door.
