The bedroom boasts a queen bed (160x200) made with care, using hotel-quality linens. A closet is available for your belongings, making you feel right at home.

The bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower, with separate toilet facilities for added convenience.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and the apartment undergoes professional cleaning between stays.

This apartment is available only under a mobility lease (30 days).

Butte-aux-Cailles is located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, between Place d'Italie and Parc Montsouris. With its friendly atmosphere, this village-like district attracts walkers who stroll along its narrow cobbled streets, lined with small flower-filled houses. Small boutiques and restaurants abound in the lively Rue des Cinq Diamants.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The "Maison Blanche" metro station (lines 7 and 14) is a 7-minute walk from the apartment, and the "Poterne des Peupliers" streetcar stop (line T3a) is 2 minutes away.

You'll be less than 30 minutes by metro from Orly airport and around 20 minutes by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
