2 room apartment, a large living room (25 m2) and a bedroom, kitchen where it is possible to take meals. Well located between 3 subway lines (5.6 and 7) close to the metro Campo Formio, National and Piazza d'Italia, on the border between V (Latin Quarter, Jardin des Plantes, 15 'walk) and Chinatown, near of the Pitié Salpétrière Hospital. Good condition, renovated, Italian shower, balcony with table and chairs, suitable for two people, maximum three (double bed 140cm and sofa in the living room with single bed mattress). 6th floor with elevator.

This is an oasis in the heart of the 13th arr. It is large and airy, by Parisian standards. The couch is comfy enough for a single person to sleep on, there are plants, bifolding patio doors that let in tons of light and air, and all the amenities you want. Only 1 WC though. It is a short walk either direction to restaurants, butcher, bakeries, and markets. 5 stars- I will book this again.

Superb stay

Brigitte's apartment is spacious and bright with big windows and a fantastic view! Even a balcony to sit on! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is super cute with everything you need. Bathroom is good with a great shower. The neighborhood is not touristy and excellent access to the metro. Bakery and grocery store are just down the street, and good restaurants are within easy walking. The elevator is a plus as the apartment is on the 6th floor. Access is very secure and we always felt safe in the area. Brigitte took the time to show us around her home and made us feel welcome. Even a bottle of wine for our stay!

A warm, comfy, breezy hidden gem

I loved staying here. The pictures do not do the space justice—it is so bright, comfortable, and spacious. You're living in Brigitte's home, so expect that things are lived in—ie. not brand new linens, there might be stains on the pots and pans, that sort of thing. All of this adds to the charm and comfort of the apartment. It's in a quiet part of the 13th, but highly accessible to everything you could want to do in Paris via metro, and also walkable to neighborhoods like Le Marais. Walking distance to Jardin des Plantes and many other little parks. Close to the Gobelins and Latin Quarter on foot. Really nice quiet building. Overall a great place to find reprieve from the city and stay comfortably, especially for longer-term stays

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Paris

Top Wohnung in Paris.Apartment ist sogar etwas größer als im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr gute Ausrüstung der WohnungTop Anbindung. 3 min bis zur nächsten Metrostation.2 min bis zum Aldi.Wenn es mich nochmal nach Paris verschlägt, würde ich nochmal zu Brigitte gehen.Danke für die Unterbringung.

OK mais un peu vétuste pour le prix

Positif : Métro à courte distance Très calme Lit confortable Marchés à courtes distances Négatif : Propreté laisse à désirer Besoin de rénovations (petites et grandes) Cafetière Vaisselle pour préparer les repas Portes patio ne se verouillent pas mais ça semblait quand même sécure À moindre prix les inconvénients seraient plus facile à oublier. Mais nous avons quand même passé une belle semaine. Paris c'est Paris après tout.
