Three bedrooms and additional Folding beds available (must be assembled by guest) for use to sleep 10 total guests. Fully furnished with two Queens, two twins, one full folded bed, two twin folded beds, and comfortable bedding. Jetted master suite tub, outdoor fire pit and hot tub are just some of the perks to this quant residence. Outdoor space include a large comfortable covered and screened in porch and a two tiered deck for entertaining. Among breathtaking gardens located all around the property, you’ll also enjoy the Outdoor jacuzzi overlooking a large outdoor fire pit with seating available, as well as the cascading water fall, stone walk way path through the small fish pond, and small garden island to name a few. This peaceful paradise awaits you😁 Guests have excess to the entire unit, minus the garage. This includes bedrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, front door entryway, laundry room, downstairs 1/2 bath, screened patio, yard, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor features. To avoid locking yourself out of the house, please do not lock front door bottom lock. Simply press the lock button on the keypad to lock front door. I monitor all messages through the Airbnb platform and will respond as soon as possible. Which is usually no later within an hour or two. I love the Blissful atmosphere all around this cozy modern home and gardens. Located in a quaint neighborhood, multiple water features on property, and new renovations, it offers peaceful pleasures you would find at a spa. Shopping, public transportation, and restaurants are all within 10 minutes or less. Property is centrally located to local hospitals, colleges, and army base. Public bus route starts about 7 minutes down the street on the main road , Ramsey Street. Double folded bed is provided for optional use and are assembled by guest. Double bed Linen is stored in Master bedroom walk-in closet. Two Screws used for assembly of double folding bed as well instructions for assembly is kept in top drawer of Master bedrooms vanity shelf/sink. Two single folded beds are stored in hallway living room closet. These are for optional use and, if needed, must be assembled by guests. Single folding beds linen stored in Master bedroom linen closet. Please be aware that there will be weekly or bi-weekly maintenance conducted at the property by a contractor or myself. Some maintenance that may be conducted during your stay include yard, sprinkler, and jacuzzi upkeep. Other maintenance that may be conducted at the property will be coordinated with guest prior. Please also be aware that we clean the hot tub regularly after a stay, which requires refilling. Sometimes (depending on if the hot tub was cleaned on that day) this can cause the hot tub to not make it up to temperature by the time of your check in. Even still, we will do our best to mitigate this issue. When applicable, please allow 6-12 hours for reheating. Pond rocks are slippery!!! As much as we want you to enjoy our outdoor mini ponds, we ask that you do so safely. Please do not walk on Pond rocks or use as a pathway:) Is not suitable for small children. Our outdoor hot tub, however will be ready for your use and enjoyment. Please take caution when using any water attraction and ensure that underaged, non-swimmers, and for whomever else that it may apply, has proper supervision! When not in use, and to reduce excessive moisture, the outdoor hammock chair and pillows are stored on the back screened patio on top of the bar/ table top. Feel free to use by simply hooking it up to the hammock chair stand located between the water fall and pergola with jetted tub. The Chain hanging from the stand is looped the thick knitted hole sown at the top of the chair, and than fastened back onto the stand using metal clip. Please make sure that it completely secured, before sitting down. Kindly, return to back patio when finished using:) Although our outdoor hot tub is regularly maintained, we understand that some needs may arise that require additional cleanings, help with temperature adjustments, and other questions. In this case, please notify your host as soon as possible, as certain maintenance issues can take up to 12 hours or more before hot tub is working and back up to temperature for use. We want you to be able to enjoy it, and this will help us to try to make sure that it’s back up and running before the duration of your stay:) We now offer items for purchase!!!… Our mini-shop is a collection of useful & exciting holiday items and other themed products for purchased.
