Set within The Summit on Bluff Mountain, one of the most prominent communities in the Smokies, this extraordinary estate announces itself from the moment you arrive. Multiple paved parking areas welcome your entire group, and an 8-foot entry door opens into a great room that simply stops you in your tracks — floor-to-ceiling custom woodwork, a wall of windows framing sweeping mountain views, and a 20-foot custom gas fireplace rising as the undeniable centerpiece of it all.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream: a Wolf 6-burner gas range, pot filler, built-in oven, two oversized refrigerators, and a massive island with bar seating. Adjacent, a custom log slab dining table seats 20 beneath picture windows, with additional seating at a secondary table, a built-in ice maker bar, and a cozy fireplace nook that doubles as a gentlemen's retreat. An enclosed patio just off the kitchen adds two indoor gas grills and a 75-inch 4K TV — an all-weather outdoor experience with a view to match.
Six oversized king suites each feature a private bath, gas fireplace, 50-inch 4K TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig — one fully ADA accessible with a roll-in shower and custom bath. A private media room with an 86-inch 4K TV and theater seating for 11 ensures movie nights are an event. Above the main level, sleeping nooks with twin XL beds delight younger guests, while a catwalk — supported by Tennessee Whiskey-stamped steel beams — leads to a pool table, game room, air hockey, arcade, and PlayStation 4.
Below, a private indoor heated pool anchors the lower level, opening to an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and waterfall — all sharing one of the most stunning panoramic views in the entire Smokies. Outside, a 5-hole putt-putt course, live Koi pond, and waterfall feature add a sense of wonder that sets this property apart from anything else in the region.

My family’s yearly vacation was enhanced by our stay at the Tennessee Whisky property. The details of the decor was beautiful and beyond our expectations. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved that the bedrooms were very spacious and all on the main floor except the nooks. Every bedroom has a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The theater is also on the main floor which is very unique based on the cabins we have rented for the past six years. One of our family members has mobility issues and it was wonderful to have her join us with watching movies. The three car garage was a big plus. Last year, we had a bear encounter when attempting to leave a cabin. We didn’t worry about that problem this year with the garage. Plenty of towels were provided for the pool. The grill area is attached to the house which made us feel secure as well as an electronic gate to enter the property. There is also a Putt Putt area on the side of the front yard. Everything was very clean and our stay was extremely enjoyable. After we checked out and made it 1 and 1/2 hours down the road, we received a call about items that we left. That is a quick notice. The host was very accommodating with working with us to ship it to my home town. There is sooooo much more that I can say about this property. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to stay there again.

Our group of 14 enjoyed the cabins amazing views and unique work of art. Wood work and details around the house were beautiful. We loved every spot at the cabin including the rooms, kitchen, pool, fire pit, golf, BBQ area and karaoke nights with the family. Location was excellent and we will definitely be back again.
