You won’t find a nicer Greens villa! Others may claim 5 Star status, but few deliver like we do. This completely renovated villa is designer furnished and carries a whimsical beach theme throughout. Compare what we have done recently to our villa to others you look at. Read on and you will see we are serious about quality. From an entire repainting of the interior, from ceilings to baseboards, in 2014, to a completely renovated master bath in October 2010, to full renovations of half bath and guest bath in 2016, to new granite kitchen countertops installed in 2010, to new living room furniture, to new major appliances, this townhome has undergone a complete renewal recently. Our 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath condo is bright and cheery and everything you would expect in an island beach house. Our unit comes stocked with all of the amenities you will need in your home away from home.

During the winter of 2016, we had all carpets professionally cleaned. Bought a new clothes dryer, washing machine. refrigerator, and dishwasher in 2014-2015. In 2015 installed a new paddle fan in the living room and guest bedroom. Purchased all new bedding for the master bedroom and all new bedding in the guest room. In March of 2012, we replaced the entire AC/heating sytem. At the same time, a licensed professional cleaned all air ducts and vents, remediated any mold, and generally ensured the highest air quality possible. We take pride in our villa and are serious about maintaining its quality and comfort.

Wireless high speed internet access is provided. Three brand new flat panel HDTVs will increase your television viewing experience.

***In January 2014 we purchased a second Greens unit #103 (VRBO# 554348). If your dates are not available in #114 or you need a second unit, let us know and we would be pleased to quote 103 for you. It is also a 2BR (sleeps 6) 2.5 bath.

We have an arrangement with a local bike rental company, AAA Riding Tigers, to provide discounted rentals to our guests. Our guests rave about this benefit.

This Shipyard villa has the best of all worlds. #114 is located in the front row of units which are the closest to the beach. How close? Take a five minute walk and you'll be at the Shipyard Beach Club and entering the 14 miles of beautiful white sandy beach. The clubhouse to the Shipyard Golf Club, with its 27 challenging holes, is less than a mile away. Sit out on the deck and watch golfers finish up on Galleon's number 6 green. If tennis is your game, the world renowned Van Der Meer Tennis resort is directly across the street and next to the Crowne Plaza Resort. Shipyard Plantation and HHI have miles upon miles of scenic bike trails that meander through the entire Island. Pick up the bike trail directly outside your front door and begin your tour, which will certainly include wildlife and plant life that you won't see at home. Centrally located inside the community, a private pool is available for the exclusive enjoyment of The Greens owners and their guests. Dining out is an island experience that begins with a dizzying effort to pick one from the hundreds of island restaurant options.

A full modern kitchen with all appliances and utensils awaits you. A dining table that comfortably seats six is situated between the kitchen and living room. The view from the living room through the 2 sliders is incredible.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, private bath, and a brand new flat panel HD television. The guest bedroom is on the opposite end of the hall from the master. It has two twin beds and also has a full bath and a new HD flat panel TV. There is a half bath on the first floor. Maximum sleeping capacity is limited to six and currently we only have sleeping arrangements for 4 people.

Rounding out the second floor plan is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

This is a gated community and a car pass will be provided for each rental. Parking is available directly in front of our townhome.

Why Larry chose South Carolina

We love Hilton Head Island and our choice of Plantations is Shipyard. The Greens offers proximity to everything we enjoy on the Island. We can walk to the beach, with entry through the Shipyard Beach Club, in about 5 minutes. One of the numerous island bike paths crosses right in front of our villa. From this entry, we can inter-connect with paths that cover all parts of the island. Our unit is directly on one of Shipyard Golf Club's 27 holes, so we both get a great view and one of us enjoys playing there frequently. Biking, walking, beaching, and golfing in a beautiful, tropical setting is why we bought in The Greens.

What makes this townhome unique

We spend the winter on HHI so a huge benefit, being from the Northeast, is no snow shoveling, scraping windshields, or just hibernating on frigid days. We enjoy the unusual plant life and wildlife that the island hosts. Birds that we've rarely seen in the wild are plentiful in numerous different varieties. Restaurants and cafes are numerous and offer every cuisine and from casual to formal dining...of course seafood is #1.

Perfect Vacation Stay!

We stayed 8 nights at this villa, it was perfect in every way. It is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, close to the beach, and has a great view of the golf course green. The keyless entry was great, the owner has been wonderful to work with, quick responses on any questions we had. The unit is very quite, even though we have neighbors on both sides we don't hear them. The owner has supplied a good selection of books, dvd's and puzzles if the weather is uncooperative. We will book again for next years vacation.

Excellent location! Nice villa

My family had the opportunity to spend seven nights at this fanatastic villa. Everything was top notch from our arrival at the gate on Saturday, gate pass ready and waiting! Excellent location right by the sonesta resort and beach. Watched a lot of golf on the back porch as we are right on the 6 green. Larry was very helpful. Great place to stay and enjoy the beach. We will be back for sure.

Perfect!

My wife and I had the opportunity to spend 5 days at this fantastic location. The experience could not have gone more smoothly from the parking pass waiting at the front gate to the seamless ease of use of the keyless entry. The close proximity to the beach and the Sonesta resort were perfect for our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you need to make it a great stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to HH!

Pristine, well maintained, close to beach, just as advertised

We decided to rent this townhome because of how close it was to the beach and also because it was in Shipyard. The unit was just inside the Greens and very convenient to the bike/walking path and a very close and easy walk to the beach. Inside, the unit was spotless, smelled clean and new. A cleaning agency left fresh towels for our family. The beds were very comfortable and had ample blankets, pillows. The entire unit is newly renovated (and done very well). The a/c worked beautifully, tvs in every room. The little office area was a really neat surprise and the whole unit had wifi. Our family fit perfectly. The owner was also very professional. He answered questions very quickly via email, provided contracts and also gave us many detailed documents to help us with our stay at the townhouse, including helpful hints, restaurant suggestions, all the codes and passwords (wifi, door etc). When we return to the island, we will certainly pick this property first and if it is not available, we might even plan our trip around the availability of this particular unit...it really felt like home.

Exactly As Advertised!

This unit is precisely as advertised in VRBO. No surprises here. Very clean and recent renovation. I have seldom stayed in a rental unit this nice. Importantly, the owner is very responsive and easy to contact and communicate with. Certainly, this is not always the case. I was primarily there for the tennis facilities, which could not have been more convenient, but beach access is also within an easy walk. I highly recommend this unit and would stay there again.
