Island Villa: Beach-Golf-Tennis-Pool en un entorno relajante Tarifas semanales con descuento

Nuevos pisos de vinilo de lujo instalados en todo el condominio en septiembre de 2017. Esta villa fue renovada en 2015 incluyendo pintura, electrodomésticos nuevos. Baño principal y de invitados remodelado con nuevas duchas de azulejos, piso, puertas de vidrio, plomería y gabinetes 2018. La unidad está situada en un entorno más tranquilo con vistas a la laguna, el campo de golf y las zonas boscosas con vida salvaje y observación de cocodrilos. El condominio se actualizó con una nueva conexión inalámbrica a Internet de alta velocidad y TV HD, que es gratuita.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, ventilador de techo, vestidor, TV y DVD y tiene vista al lago / campo de golf. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales, amplio armario, cama plegable, TV, VCR y ventilador de techo.

La habitación familiar cuenta con un DVD de HDTV, ventilador de techo, un sofá cama queen, silla vaga, chimenea y barra de bar. Un cuarto de lavado incluye lavadora y secadora. Los 2 baños son baños completos con bañera y ducha.

Hay una terraza con vista al campo de golf y al lago para relajarse y observar las aves, tortugas y caimanes y disfrutar del aire libre. Nuevas sillas y parrilla adirondack.

Una piscina privada y canchas de tenis (iluminadas) se encuentran en la calle de nuestra unidad (1,000 pies). Un gran lago y cenador está al lado del área de la piscina y también está disponible para la pesca. Los senderos para bicicletas y para caminar se encuentran en todo Hilton Head / Shipyard.

Nota: La observación de caimanes es una atracción especial, pero no los alimente ni se acerque a ellos.

La playa está a aproximadamente 3 cuadras de distancia y un corto paseo en bicicleta, a pie o puede conducir a la zona de playa privada del astillero.

What a wonderful weekend getaway in Hilton Head!

Wonderful stay! From the beginning, including conversation with the property owner and the realty company, I have never encountered an easier process. My family and I have stayed within the Shipyard Plantation for over seven years, and this experience matched and exceeded our expectations. The property is nestled in the center of Shipyard, and very well settled within a gated access. The inside was immaculate; bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living area were very clean and cozy!Added benefit of this property is the included parking pass for the beach access - which allows a boardwalk stroll to the sand and shore! My family and I greatly enjoyed watching the incredible wildlife this property has to offer. Morning and evening gazes allowed for us to watch families of deer enjoying breakfast and dinner, as well as the occasional gator sunbathing near the water along the golf course. The beds within the rooms were very comfortable, with televisions within each. The two bathrooms had oversized, tiled walk-in showers. My family and I were beyond satisfied and will most definitely plan to return to this property next year. A must stay on Hilton Head Island!

We stayed here for 3 days before our "official" week at Hilton Head. The unit was great. We liked the location in the middle of the Shipyard Plantation. The unit was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We didn't do a lot of meal prep, but the kitchen seemed well stocked with cooking utensils. It might be nice to have a map of Evian - we kept getting lost in the neighborhood!

We love staying in Evian condos because the area is quiet and peaceful and we love the bike trails in Shipyard. This condo was comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay.That said, it could probably benefit from some repairs and a deep cleaning in the near future, as it's age is starting to show in certain spots (such as minor drywall damage, peeling drywall tape on the ceilings, older appliances, dirty door knobs, and walls and stairs that could use a thorough scrub during the off-season). These things didn’t impact our stay overall, and the areas that matter most for cleanliness were in good shape.I also understand that decor is a personal choice, but there were quite a few knickknacks and decorative items throughout. While charming, they made it a bit tricky to unpack/pack since many surfaces were already occupied with fragile pieces. Just something to consider for future guest convenience.The updated areas are very nice, and I especially enjoyed the master bathroom shower! The deck is updated composite decking (no splinters!) and was a joy to sit on overlooking the lagoon and spotting wildlife.All in all, we had a comfortable stay and appreciated the peaceful location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We love Hilton Head and visit nearly every year. This was our first time to stay in Shipyard Evian. The condo is lovely, clean and spacious with everything we needed for a great week. It is located in a very quiet and unbusy neighborhood which was so nice. We especially enjoyed the covered upstairs deck and spent each morning sipping our coffee and watching the alligators in the lagoon. The beach was a 3-4 minute bike ride for us, with the option to drive over and park as well. The beach access is wonderful with a lot of activity going on. The pool is a short walk and very nice with plenty of chairs and tables. Shipyard is a great part of the island to stay on and is convenient to anywhere you want to go. We enjoyed grilling out, and several nearby restaurants as well. We also love the Hilton Head outlet malls—Tanger 1&2, and riding our bikes over to the Plaza 5 movie theater. A great experience, and we would love to come back here!

Great , clean , owner was absolutely great , had everything we needed enjoyed the porch , had visitors almost every morning with deer, ever had a owl visit one evening which i got to turn around and take a fantastic photo of. Definitely recommend!! All photos are from the porch upstairs !

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

We loved the location and size of this Shipyard condo. It was a townhouse with stairs right when you come in to a one story upstairs villa. It has a lot of space and a nice view of the lagoon and golf course. There is a pool for the community close by and it is a 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach, but they give you a parking pass to park at the beach by the Sonesta hotel. We rented bikes and brought a few of our own so it was a quick 5 - 10 minute bike ride also to the beach. There are tennis courts to use for free also. It was extremely hot when we played so I would suggest doing that first thing in the morning if you stay in the summer. The only thing I would say to improve would be the bed in the master bedroom is not that comfortable. Maybe a new mattress would help.

Nice Unit in Shipyard

Property was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the pool and easy bike ride to the beach. This property had the prettiest view from the balcony that we have ever had. It has been updated nicely and the kitchen is one you can actually cook in (if you want to). The furniture (beds, couch, recliners) is all comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Property very clean and spacious. 15 minute walk to beach, but we rented bikes and there was parking so access was never an issue. Evian pool is kind of small for the number of condos so it was crowded most of the afternoons. Tennis courts were close and convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our week here. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Villa in a Great Location

We rented this airy villa for March and April, 2023. The location in Evian is our favorite on Hilton Head. Set in a serene setting amidst a sub-tropical forest and along a golf hole with a beautiful lagoon, this villa creates the feeling of staying in a nature preserve. The unit itself was immaculate, well-equiped and partially renovated. It was an easy walk to the beach and the restaurants in Wexford plaza. The owner was very helpful and communicated well.

Beautiful Condo on HHI

We loved our stay here! The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed! We enjoyed having breakfast every morning overlooking the beautiful view of the golf course! If I were to offer any suggestions at all… the bed in the master bedroom could use a bit of an upgrade. It is not by any means awful, but when on vacation you always look for a nice comfy bed to end your busy day! Thank you so much Dennis! We would definitely love to stay with you again!

Our family is from Northern Kentucky, just south of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our family of four have been coming to Hilton Head since the mid-1980s. We love the weather, beach, pool and biking/walking in Shipyard or on the beach.

Evian is a private community, low density and very relaxing. Our villa overlooks a lake and the 9th hole of the Shipyard Golf Course. The side yard has nice trees and landscaping and wildlife viewing is great from our deck.

Very clean and keep property updated. View and open area in our side yard is unique to this property in Evian. Very relaxing just sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife.
