This is a great 5 Bedroom, 4 bath, family unit, accommodating up to 12 people. (14 by special arrangement). It is ideally located within easy walking distance of the Snowflake lift, the mountain and the town. For those that do not wish to walk, there is a free town bus service less than one minute from the house. In addition to the private Hot Tub at the house, as a guest of Elk Ridge 426 you also have free and unlimited access to the exclusive Swimming Pool complex located just a short stroll away at the Upper Village, winter and summer. We take tremendous pride in our house as well as our dedicated housekeepers and we will do everything possible to make sure you have a comfortable and memorable stay in the house.
The house is a 2,500 sq ft town home spread over 4 floors. This provides plenty of space and privacy for both familes and groups as required. It includes a Private Hot Tub, Fully equipped Modern Kitchen, Outside Grill, Multiple decks and outstanding views. Surround sound HIFI , Blue Ray player, High speed internet available free (wifi) as well as full HD Cable TV. Outdoor/indoor swimming pool available to guests.
This is a very popular vacation home for many reasons and gets fully booked every season. Please see our excellent online reviews over several years of consistently accomodating happy guests. Living Room:- Open plan living area with large comfortable sofas, cozy gas fireplace, LCD TV, surround sound system, dvd, HD cable TV, iPod dock. All suited to those relaxing nights after a hard day in the mountains. Door opening out to the deck with grill, some seating and great views.
Kitchen:- Fully equipped, new granite work surfaces, new appliances, French Fridge/Freezer which includes chilled water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, coffee maker.
Dining:- Dining table seats 8 comfortably (possible to seat more) with 4 extras seats at the kitchen/breakfast bar.
Lobby/entrance hall, bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 1 (Top Floor) Sleeps 4 - x1 queen bed and x1 queen sleeper, this room is a great to be used as a possible playroom for kids it has a TV/DVD player and table with four chairs for board games.
Bedroom 2 (The Den) Sleeps 2 (twin beds (can sleep 3 has additional pull out bed) , LCD TV, en suite bathroom with new granite tops, tiled bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
Master Bedroom Sleeps 2 King Bed (can sleep 4 has queen sleeper), LCD TV, door leading out to balcony, great views. Luxurious en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double sink. Spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and seating area.

There are beds for 11 and with the use and flexibility of the 2 sofa beds we can accommodate up to 14 guests by prior arrangement. This is a deliberate decision for your own comfort.
Car parking for two cars. One in the garage and one on the drive. (Additional parking can be arranged.)

The VRBO was great, spacious, clean, modern, hot tub = awesome. Will come back again!
The VRBO rental was exactly as listed. it is on the spendy side especially when all the fees are added. Only negative, "watch the checkout times," these times did make it difficult for us coordinate luggage, shuttle pickup time, and flights.

nice big condo, perfect for large families, or two families traveling together-- as we were with 9 total people. 5 bedrooms, 4 baths allowed for plenty of space. adequate parking for two cars. good internet access, excellent lcd tv's with xfinity. nice and warm in-floor heat. private hot tub on deck was great as well. easy in and out, but beaver run lift is a bit of a hike for the skiers (snowboarders no problem). snowflake lift is closer, but is a painfully slow 2 person chair. beds were fine, but pillows were horrible---most seemed old, very flat, need to be replaced. overall would definitely consider staying here again with a big group. had a good experience.

Great stay - good location
The group that I traveled with really enjoyed the property. Hot tub onsite was a plus after mountain biking for the day. As we were there during summer, the main living room does get quite warm in the mornings with the rising sun, but a few open windows takes care of that. There were enough supplies both in the kitchen and bathrooms to accommodate the 10 people that we had, which can be tough with other rentals.
Location is pretty close to town - about a 10 minute walk. There is the free-ride bus (at least during summer) that can take you back up the hill if the altitude takes its toll on you. Parking for two cars was fine, just note if you have a 3rd car, it will need to be parked a ways away (about a 10 minute drive). However the cost is minimal, so this wasn't a major issue for us.
Mark was very responsive as needed leading up to our stay. All rooms were well kept and clean upon arrival. We only had a minor hiccup trying to access the property upon first arrival, but this was not the fault of Mark, but of HomeAway - we needed to download their app to get access/door code instructions as this info was not available via their mobile site.
All in all, we had a lovely time! Thank you Mark for your attention to detail, and we would definitely recommend others stay at your property.

Beautiful place with a great location!
We had 14 people and this place had plenty of room for all of us! The location was perfect! Walking distance from Main St Breck as well as several different hiking trails. Mark and Emma were wonderful, we will be back again!

Very nice summer getaway!
The property was exactly as described! It was nice, clean, and located near the main village (within a short walk). The common rooms were a bit tight and the kitchen slightly small. However, we managed and truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.
