5 Bedroom Town home, 4 Baths, Fantastic Location Mountain/Town Luxury Home.

This is a great 5 Bedroom, 4 bath, family unit, accommodating up to 12 people. (14 by special arrangement). It is ideally located within easy walking distance of the Snowflake lift, the mountain and the town. For those that do not wish to walk, there is a free town bus service less than one minute from the house. In addition to the private Hot Tub at the house, as a guest of Elk Ridge 426 you also have free and unlimited access to the exclusive Swimming Pool complex located just a short stroll away at the Upper Village, winter and summer. We take tremendous pride in our house as well as our dedicated housekeepers and we will do everything possible to make sure you have a comfortable and memorable stay in the house.

The house is a 2,500 sq ft town home spread over 4 floors. This provides plenty of space and privacy for both familes and groups as required. It includes a Private Hot Tub, Fully equipped Modern Kitchen, Outside Grill, Multiple decks and outstanding views. Surround sound HIFI , Blue Ray player, High speed internet available free (wifi) as well as full HD Cable TV. Outdoor/indoor swimming pool available to guests.

This is a very popular vacation home for many reasons and gets fully booked every season. Please see our excellent online reviews over several years of consistently accomodating happy guests. House Layout:

Living Room:- Open plan living area with large comfortable sofas, cozy gas fireplace, LCD TV, surround sound system, dvd, HD cable TV, iPod dock. All suited to those relaxing nights after a hard day in the mountains. Door opening out to the deck with grill, some seating and great views.

Kitchen:- Fully equipped, new granite work surfaces, new appliances, French Fridge/Freezer which includes chilled water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, coffee maker.

Dining:- Dining table seats 8 comfortably (possible to seat more) with 4 extras seats at the kitchen/breakfast bar.

Lobby/entrance hall, bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 1 (Top Floor) Sleeps 4 - x1 queen bed and x1 queen sleeper, this room is a great to be used as a possible playroom for kids it has a TV/DVD player and table with four chairs for board games.

Bedroom 2 (The Den) Sleeps 2 (twin beds (can sleep 3 has additional pull out bed) , LCD TV, en suite bathroom with new granite tops, tiled bathroom and fitted wardrobes.

Master Bedroom Sleeps 2 King Bed (can sleep 4 has queen sleeper), LCD TV, door leading out to balcony, great views. Luxurious en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double sink. Spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and seating area.

There are beds for 11 and with the use and flexibility of the 2 sofa beds we can accommodate up to 14 guests by prior arrangement. This is a deliberate decision for your own comfort.

Car parking for two cars. One in the garage and one on the drive. (Additional parking can be arranged.)

Ideally situated just a couple of minutes walk from the snowflake lift that provides great access to all the ski ares and easy walk into town. We have totally remodelled this house to a very high standard and take great pleasure in providing our guests with a house to relax and enjoy their winter and summer vacations.

What makes this townhome unique

This Luxury home is ideally located for skiing, the town and the resort as a whole. Easy walking distance to the whole of Breckenridge. No need to drive to the ever busy parking lots. The house is extremly comfortable and offers families and guests the perfect mountain home experience. 426 Elk Ridge offers a great vacation alternative to a hotel, with all the benefits and luxury but at a very affordable year round price.

Nice location - Nice place

The house is nice. It is a skinny 4 story. You enter into the main floor. One floor below are 2 bedrooms. Two floors below is another two bedrooms. And there is one bedroom above the main floor. The kitchen is well appointed with pots/pans/utensils, etc. Some things I did not like: carpet below the dining room and bar area. I generally would not be so freaked out about this except the owners/managers sent 3-4 emails before we arrived letting us know that we would be liable for any extra cleaning or extra time that would need to be spent as a result of our stay. We are not messy people but it made me feel like I was walking on eggshells and worried about every little thing. So when we saw the carpet we figured we were doomed. Also, the place is a 5 bedroom. There were only 4 towels left for us. Luckily we were stopping here after a camping trip and had some towels with us. Not only was that not enough towels for us to shower with but we had to take those towels to the pool and then immediately do the laundry so that we can then use those towels to shower. The soap in the soap dispensers throughout the house was watered down. That was just weird. Some of the showers had Pert Plus in them and others had nothing. Oh and parking. There is a small garage that our car could not fit into and then there is the spot in front of the garage. We had two cars so that was already challenging and then when a babysitter came, there was literally nowhere for her to park. We would just leave her car in the adjacent condo's spot and hope for the best. Luckily, it is summer and not all the condos were full. This is not this condo's fault but the way the HOA is set up for all of the condos in this development. There is a hotel across the street with lots of spots. I think the HOA should work a deal that would allow the HOA guests to pay for spots there. The only other choice is to drive your car to the parking lot in north Breck and catch the shuttle. That was not realistic for us to catch a 20 minute shuttle with 2 little kids just to get into our car. In summary, the place is fine but I feel like the owners/managers could really improve the experience of their guests with a couple small things that would not cost a lot.

Owner's Response: Dear Alina and Michael, we are very sorry that you did not have the best experiance at our house and can only offer our sincere apologies. Most of your issues would have been easily remedied if you had just contacted us during your stay as our housekeepers are excellent and would have attended to any of you needs immediately. We can only suggest that the lack of towels was an oversight on this occasion and once again apologise. With regard to hand wash and soaps we do not offer these as part of a guest stay and it is up to all guests to provide there own toiletries. In relation to the carpet, it had only just come to our attention that the stains were a direct result of two leaking Fire Sprinklers heads slowly dripping. This has now been fixed and the carpets have been cleaned. This was completely out of our control as the work was scheduled by the HOA and completed as a matter of urgency between guest stays, given the very high ceilings, repairs to drywall etc it would have been an inconvenience to guests. As for parking, this is an issue throughout the whole of Breckenridge and two spaces in most cases is a bonus as many rentals only have one. The town do provide very cheap extra overnight or extended stay car parking and this works well for most of our guests. They drive two cars to the lot, park one and the second driver drives them back avoiding having to use the shuttle and saves time. Once again we apologise but had you brought these issues to our attention during your stay we would have fixed them immediately. Best regards

Awesome and flexible owner crossed with an amazing place to stay.

Mark couldn't have been kinder or more gracious during our booking of his place for a long weekend work conference in September. Coupled with a modern and amazing condo that has tons of room and all the amenities and we had one of the best stays imaginable. Hoping to be able to keep coming back to this spot in future years.

great accommodation & location

This house was perfect for our group of 5 couples + 5 toddlers. Would stay there again. Breck is gorgeous mid-summer! We're an active healthy group, and we walked to the pool and to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was perfect - heated, with multiple hot tubs, need to remember to bring towels from the condo. Kitchen was clean and stocked with the basics (olive oil, salt, pepper). Beds were comfortable. We also saw 2 foxes, and there was a great hiking trail right around the corner.

Great Place to Stay

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (3 years and under) stay and had a tremendous time. The owners were always available prior to our arrival, and we had no issues, so we had no reason to contact them during our stay! The location is great. Easy walk to town, the pool, and the lake up the hill. Great value for a great place to stay.

Lovely property in a great location

Our extended family of 10 adults and 2 children, ages from 1 - 70+, enjoyed a great ski vacation at the end of March & early April. This superb accommodation ,exactly as advertised and very well presented, had everything we needed for my memorable 60th birthday stay. Being a family group we regularly ate in, where we found the fully equipped kitchen invaluable and, along with the extensive entertainment systems, hot tub and wifi, ensured that we had everything we could possibly require for a memorable stay. We especially liked the location which provided an easy way to the slopes, a 5 minute walk for the boarders or one stop, on the frequent bus service, for the skiers, which delivered us to the Beaver Run base area with its ski school and mountain access. The nearby and recommended ski rental shop provided an excellent and flexible service for our varied needs and abilities. In the evening the town centre was but a 10 minute downhill walk away, however the bus proved to be the most popular way of returning uphill. I can thoroughly recommend this property for being an ideal base for a great ski holiday. Thanks must go to Mark & Emma for their friendly and efficient service, which ensured that all of our queries were sorted quickly, and we look forward to being able to return in the not too distant future.

Elk Ridge is located 2/3 minutes from the snowflake lift which takes you to peak 6,7,8,9&10. It is the perfect location for both skiing and the town. There is also a free town shuttle bus on Kings Crown Road that will take you to the slopes and town.
