The location is a 10/10. However, for the price, we were a little disappointed in a few items. The dresser in the secondary bedroom was completely broken, with a sign taped to it saying a new one was on order. Also, the agency does not provide any keys to the property. The only way to enter is by opening the garage door.Again, the townhouse is beautiful and couldn't be in a better location. We just expected a little more for the price.

Great ski vacation home

The house was great and the management was very responsive. A very short, 150 meters, walk to the Snowflake lift and the shuttle bus stop was right behind the house. We loved the private hot tub.

Great For Group

We had two families and this property was fantastic with plenty of space for everyone. All the amenities were as expected and was great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Location is an easy walk yo the lift and right on the bus line. We loved our stay!!

Great Location

Overall an awesome place to stay for a ski vacation. Close to the snowflake lift. Right next to the bus stop. Very easy to access anywhere from this property. Private hot tub is a nice addition.

Beautiful home. Very close to lifts and Main St. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub , but staff was excellent with communication and getting things done as quickly as possible to improve our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is very conveniently located within about a 5 min walk to the snowflake ski lift, the Charter Ski & Snowboard Rental and right next to the Free Bus stop and the 4 O'clock ski run puts you right back at the ski lift. You really can't ask for a better location. The place is great. Four comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space, a jacuzzi and full kitchen, living room and dining room was plenty of room for us. It was very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the place upon arrival. Will definitely look to stay here in the future on future visits to Breck.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No window coverings in the bedrooms. If you like being kept up by streetlights and up at dawn then this is the place for you. If you like stairs stay here. The photos are misleading. Consider this a one story walk up with three stories once you are inside. I would not stay here again.
