Beachside Breeze - Pools, hot tub, & private beach access

Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, Indoor pool and hot tub open year round and outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/15/26, Outside balcony with small ocean view. Free parking for 3 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included. Outdoor grills available.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 4 beach chairs and an umbrella
- 4 beach towels
- Pack-N-Play available if needed.

We had a great week in OBX! This rental was conveniently located to all our favorite places to eat. There were 2 elevators that made check in and out easy as well as getting to and from the beach/pool. There was covered parking for two cars. The interior was very clean and nicely appointed. We heard no noise from the neighbors. The property has a private beach access so the beach area was not crowded. Right next to the lifeguard station too. All linens, even beach towels were provided. The tv’s had cable, but bring your own Roku or similar if you want to do any streaming. Eddie was very responsive and helpful. It was a lovely week.

We were very happy with this condo. It was a perfect location for us. Very clean. Very comfortable. We liked that it was 2 levels. Communication with the owner was excellent. He responded quickly to any questions and let us know that the condo was ready early for check-in which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

Our condo is ocean front with views from the balcony. You are only steps away from the beach and the condos amenities are incredible. You can enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub while hearing the ocean waves and just over the dunes you can be on the beach. There is also a indoor pool and hot tub for the off season.
