Relax in this great home on South Padre Island within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, Family Dollar(3-minutes away), liquor stores & much more. The main bedroom has a queen bed and office space with a curve monitor(USB-C) & a private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a full-size bunk-bed with a trundle adjacent to a 2nd full bath. Wifi with mesh extender, cable, Roku in each bedroom, & a fireplace. Kitchen & Washer & Dryer.

This place is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and Dollar General. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. Very nice place would stay there again.

Perfect stay

Very nice area. Accesible to beach and restaurants. Best experience I have had traveling and having an at home feeling. The only thing was the parking we never were able to park in our assigned spot or infront of the rental due to all being taken by the people upstairs and next to us. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Very nice condo. Easy walk to the beach and the main road. Would definitely recommend staying at this facility. We had washer/drier, which we used! Two full bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice kitchen and living room area. Nice outdoor area which we used several times!

Great place for family!

This condo was an excellent place for our (family of 4) stay. The location felt like the best mix of everything with easy access to the beach as well as restaurants/stores, but also felt like it was on a quiet street. Inside the condo felt very roomy with the high ceilings and had many upscale touches we don't typically find in a short-term rental. The kitchen was nice and we used it a lot. Beds were really comfortable, and the computer monitor was a welcome luxury for the little work that had to be done.

Nice Place to stay

Property is very nice and we would stay there again but one thing that bothered me was the floors were still dirty from previous vacationers, table was sticky, and furniture needed dusted so I cleaned it all before we unpacked. Distance to Ocean is nice and backyard pool we had to ourselves so that was nice! Overall we loved it and would stay again. I would like to see a broom and mop for us picky people though. Thank you!

South Padre Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this SPI condo. The condo is located about half a block from beach access through a lovely little butterfly park. The condo was attractive and the kitchen well equipped. The host was responsive whenever we had a question. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure and lots of hot water for the whole condo. The location is close to restaurants, a great gelato shop, and the Dollar General. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. We loved the size and space of the condo. Nice pool and patio area. Handy for keeping our bikes. The only thing to clean with was a broom. Floors needed to be mopped. Host supplied what we requested for cleaning.
