New soft carpeted bedrooms, appliances, regularly serviced a/c unit, hardwood floors on living and kitchen. Guest room has double size bunk queen size beds for family and friends. A screened front Lanai for nice relaxing days. Just minutes from the Siesta Key beach and other nearby beaches, restaurants, easy access to highway. The community of Camelot Lakes Village offers resort style living with 2 pools, spa, tennis courts. Application forms and approval from Camelot Lakes Village is required, Estimated 7-14 days approval. Application Forms per person $25.00 to Camelot Lakes HOA. You can apply and get approval before booking reservations.
