Please be mindful that There’s no smoking in the units including the front and back porch areas.

For your security, we have placed two security cameras on our condo, one on the front door and one on the patio area in the back. We use the front cam to help our tenants get through the front door if they need it. The back camera is also for security.

This is a great property in a very nice community close to everything. We enjoyed our daily walks around the area. The place was nice and quiet. The back patio was ideal for watching the stars at night. The owner was quick to respond to any communications. We had no problems at all while staying there. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo had everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The development is beautiful. Correspondence before our visit was quick and helpful. Only complaint was the very loud TV from the fellow next door. Next time could you arrange for us to see some elk?

Clean and comfortable condo, peaceful and quiet.Nice patio out back door, with view of hillside, no neighbors in sight. It’s a safe and easy walk up to the condo front door on the sidewalk, and parking is very convenient. Coffee and creamer available, as well as black tea and green tea bags, single cup size. Beds were comfortable; both bedrooms have a nice window to let the wonderful mountain air in. Having a walk-in shower in the master bedroom was a plus !We enjoyed some fishing at Big Lake; it was a cool and overcast day. Otherwise, we cruised around the mountain area, and enjoyed the sights. Randy is a great host, and we plan on staying in his wonderful condo in the future.

My husband, sister and I stayed here for one night because we had a wedding in the surrounding area and the Host was INCREDIBLY flexible and allowed us to check in four hours earlier than normal. This was my first time using VRBO and it was so easy and hassle free and a lot of that was due to the Host. All instructions were clear and manageable. The house was so cute and clean and made me feel at home in the White Mountains. A coffee pot and coffee grounds were provided and the next morning we all sat outside on the porch and had a cup of coffee whilst enjoying the serenity of the surrounding wooded area. It was so peaceful and I would highly recommend.

Clean condo as pictured. Enjoyed our stay. Overall a quiet unit. Only hiccup was that property was not ready until 30 min after check in time. This was disappointing after a long drive and later check in time of 4 pm.

Very nice property but rude owner

Very nice property and very clean with exception of evidence of previous smoker. - Issue checking in as added a night to stay and owner forgot to change access code for date on vrmo app. We initially thought issue was at our end and kept changing passwords only to find when date changed, the code worked fine. - Owner contacted us 2nd day at property to advise dog in rental was to use only designated area for peeing. Our family acknowledged that they did allow in backyard one time as they misunderstood and thought backyard was part of owner’s backyard and not common area. It never happened again. However, owner sent message saying that it did. My family merely had dog on leash on back patio but, no peeing. Owner did not apologize for misconception. Found out he had camera viewing back too. My family felt violated about this as they did not know if they were being “watched”. I do note owner has since added verbiage to details on description of property noting location of 2 cameras. That should clear up for future renters. Owner likely should not allow pets in his rental, in my opinion. -We have rented many vrbo properties over many years and never have had a complaint. We will not use this owner’s property again.

James’ parents complained that the code was not working so I checked the door lock logs and the camera history and they never made it to my condo because they were at the wrong building. I was talking to them while they were trying. When I mentioned to James that the dog was being recorded while his parents dog was urinating in the backyard he began to get very defensive and complaining about everything!

Cozy New Years Eve

This was the perfect get away for my husband, me and my parents. We spent three nights at the condo, skied one day at Sunrise and spent new years eve inside playing games. The condo was very nicely decorated, it was really nice not having any carpets, it was cleaner. The condo has all the cooking utinsils, pots and pans that we needed. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked out perfectly for the 4 of us. Highly reccomened this condo if you are looking for a quiet getaway.
