This amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this the most relaxing vacation you have had in Ocean City! Imagine waking up, grabbing your cup of coffee and relaxing as you watch the boats heading out for their fishing trips. In the afternoon, you may want to take the short walk to the beach or even better relax in the pool where you will enjoy food and bar service! As evening approaches, you will have numerous restaurants to choose from including Coastal Salt, Phillips, Fish Tales and Barn 34. After dinner, you will be your kids hero as it is just a short 5 block walk to the Ocean City's world-famous boardwalk and a short drive to putt-putt golf, go carts, paintball and Jolly Roger Amusement Park! The adults will enjoy many nearby bars/entertainment options. Whatever you do though, be sure to enjoy some of the best sunsets you will ever see and all from the comfort of your balcony!!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* The condo comes with 2 parking spots.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Harbor Island is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 14th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We had an amazing time, the location was easy to get to, conveniently close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Beautiful and comfortable condo, with amazing views of the Bay. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing…location, views, comfort, just everything! We were there for OC Jeep Fest and it was a great location between the convention center and the inlet. Sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the balcony of a cruise ship. The evening was spent relaxing and putting the puzzles together that the owners had there. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful and Quiet Stay with Amazing Views

We enjoyed the property and the views. The property was clean and well stocked. The only concern was that the location VRBO had on the map prior to booking was a bit off - its about 2 blocks further from the beach that noted on the map.

Loved the Balcony

The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean the place was. The second thing was the balcony. It was spacious and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. It felt homey and comfortable. We had a lovely time staying there.

Best view ever!

First off location was great , easy to find . It was the cleanest shore house we've ever stayed in. Loved how much room there was with the open concept. Especially if you have toddlers and babies. But by far the best part was the balcony and the view of the bay. Looking forward to our return next year!

Fantastic!!!

Our stay was fantastic. The unit was beautiful, love the decor. The view was fabulous, so relaxing. The unit had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed the pool, with service from the Reel Inn was nice. The beach and boardwalk was close by. We really enjoyed our stay, hope to stay again next year. Thank you so much...!!!

Great Vacation Spot!

The condo is very clean with a beautiful view of the bay! It is equipped with everything you will need. The pool with bar service is great, but the pool is freezing cold, in June anyway, I was told it feels like bath water in July and August though. There is also a playground that my 3 year old granddaughter loves! Also The Reel Inn located on the premises is under new owners and the food there is delicious! Overall our family loves staying in Harbor Island and look forward to staying there next year!

Great location and Beautiful Sunsets!

Loved this condo and would recommend staying here again. Great location and only a short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk area. Two parking spaces, one outside and one under the complex. If you have a large/midsize SUV you might find it difficult to pull into the inside space due to angle. But try! Inside space is very close to elevator and luggage carts do getting everything in and out to the room and car is great. We used the space for unloading and loading back up and just parked outside. Not a knock on the parking, just letting people know that big cars and inexperienced drivers may have difficulty. Condo had everything you would need. Beautiful and well kept. Would definitely book here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the nicest vacation homes we have ever stayed at. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! I brought extra stuff because it said they provided a starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels. There was plenty of toilet paper, a lot of extras including cotton swabs, extra chargers, pots and pans and seasonings, pan spray, etc. I was amazed to see how well stocked it was and on top of that there were plenty instructions for everything! We were not able to get the tv in the living room to change channels, but it was not a concern at all! We had plenty to do in the area and an amazing view of the bay from the balcony! It was a short 10 minute or less walk to the boardwalk. My husband and I were so pleased with this home and really felt at home! We fell in love with the decor and the quirky stuff all over the house, so cute! The beds were also comfy and the place was super quiet. I think the upstairs neighbor was doing some renovations so they started working on it around 7:30 or 8 in the morning, but it wasn’t bad. I would definitely come back again!
