The place was amazing to say the least, everything at the property was perfect. The owners were the best people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I wish I could rate this place higher because I definitely would. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely best place I have ever stayed!!!!!!!

Wedding weekend

We had a wedding at LBI National and this location and house was perfect for the event. Very nice home! My family had a great time. Owner was very easy to contact and the communication was great. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Weather was another story. Rained everyday. Having this great house gave everyone the space to spread out and enjoy being together. Theater room was great for movies, kids enjoyed games. Overall a great place to stay. Thank you.

Best family getaway for MDW!

Our families had such a great time bonding with one another, especially for our little ones. They had a lot of room to play with one another, as well as many games that were provided by our hosts. Our hosts were very easy & quick to communicate with and made our stay an extremely comfortable one! The house was accurately described and we were provided with extra treats as a delightful surprise! Thank you so much!!

Life saver!!

We rented another property that was horrible!!! This host went out of their way to prepare their home asap to save our vacation. And the property was even better than described! What a perfect location. Right on a calm lake with less than a half hour to the beach. Absolutely amazing!!! Great amenities, kayaks to use, huge tv. WiFi, games, very clean house! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

So enjoyable!

Came in for Memorial Day weekend and meeting some new family members and we loved this property! It was well stocked in the kitchen and was close to many things to do! The hosts were amazing with communication, left little touches that went the extra mile like candies and snacks and a thank you note! Plus the take out menus were clutch too! Texted the day after we got there to make sure everything was going smooth and if we needed anything! Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again from them! We had a range of family that stayed from 2 infants to our adult children and no one was bored. They had the lake to watch/fish in and there was enough space to not be on top of each other! I think it is an important detail to note that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and that was a tremendous bonus!

Can't wait to book again!

So happy to have stayed here for my birthday. Although, it rained most of the day, our first day, the warmth of the house inside and the amenities (huge TV, fireplace and complimentary snacks and drinks) made it great to be indoors. Day two, was gorgeous and we all absolutely loved waking up to the view of the lake. The house is cozy and beautiful with plenty of gathering spaces and spaces for privacy (lots of bathrooms). Thank you Katty for being such a great host and sharing your home with us. We will be booking again and sharing our experience with friends. Michele

Fantastic family getaway

Great for families to relax together. We loved kayaks and canoe on the lake and movie room at night. Lots of space. Great location to get to LBI. Katty and Eric were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and gave us great tips about the area. We would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful Lake House

I can not say enough good things about this host & their lovely home. Katie recommended amazing restaurants & things to do for us, and created a beautiful space for her guest! She really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We had a friend reunion and it was the best of both worlds! We were able to go out and have a fun night on the town, and the second night we had a more relaxed night around their camp fire. If you are looking for a great weekend with friends or family this is the spot to be! Thank you again!

Loved staying here.

Just a warm and inviting home. My friends and I loved the spacious community spaces but was excited that we could each have our own bedroom with an ensuite. The lake is absolutely beautiful and waking up to it each morning was an added bonus. The home included everything you need for a girlfriend getaway. Including special treats from the host. Absolutely coming back.

A great place with wonderful hosts

The house and property seemed a good fit for us. We asked a few questions, had a few special requests, and Katty & Eric gave us quick replies, were caring and enthusiastic about our visit. That never stopped. A truly lovely place which worked perfectly for our group of 8. While there we had a few more questions and requests and Katty immediately took care of everything for us. We prepared most of our own meals in the large fully equipped kitchen, but went out for a lovely dinner - there are some especially nice dining options just a few minutes away. We had a wonderful time, and will encourage others to take advantage, enjoying both this beautiful place, located in such a lovely setting, as well as such caring hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Owner was very responsive and the house was great. She even left treats for us on arrival! Highly recommend. We went in February so no idea about swimming, but we took the kayak and the pedalo out on the lake!

Hello! We are the Velez Family! We found this home in middle of the pandemic. The calm waters spoke to our souls immediately providing a symbol of peace and escape from the uncertainty in the world. We have 3 teens and love taking trips together! The timeshare and VRBO type reservations have always been our favorites!

Every time we visit the lake house the blood pressure gets reset to NORMAL! We love it here and we are confident you will too! There is no bad seat in the entire house (in or out). Every area has been designed for relaxation, fun and distraction! Whether you are the Netflix and chill type of person or outdoorsy this property has it all for you!

Set on a private lake , you will enjoy the best of both worlds...Set out to the Beach for the day and come back and relax by the lake by night. Don't want to deal with busy beaches? Stay at the lake, BBQ, Sunbathe, relax and go paddle-boating instead. You cant make a bad call! Nearby Golf course offers day rates and Atlantic City is just 30mins away!

Please note some amenities may or may not be available for use by the tenant by no fault of the owner. This includes boats, firepit, paddles, bad weather, township restrictions etc. No refunds will be issued in the event an amenity cannot be made available.

PLEASE ALSO BE ADVISED: All Guest must fill out an Tenant Certification in Lieu of affadavit form for Stafford Township. This states there are no more than 12 persons allowed at the house also verifies your identity. This must be notarized and sent to your host Priort to Check in.
